    The pictures show flat steak knives, but sadly they are serrated. Flat are easier to sharpen. They are also surprisingly thin, but seem decent quality.

    I absolutely love these knives. we use them almost everyday. the steak knives have been used the most. with the other knives it makes chopping easy. they are sleek and match the decor of our kitchen. they are definitely a great quality knife. you cannot go wrong when its a kitchen aid.
