I made 5pounds of sausage and some brisket burgers very impressed with the quality of the grinder love that it has three different blades sizes and the sausage stuffer worked great!!

Husband loves making meatballs with this attachment. The attachment is a must have with the mixer. It is kind of expensive but well worth it.

I used per the instructions and others recommendations for grinding up meat for burgers, sausage, meatballs, meatloaf etc. I was surprised how good everything came out, better than ground meat I buy at supermarkets, it does add flavor, tenderizes and saves some money. You can adjust the fat content of your ground meat by adjusting how much of the fat you use or remove from the chuck steak, sirloin, etc when grinding. I do enjoy using this grinder, very sturdy easy to clean.

Solid piece of equipment. Very user friendly and I absolutely love it. It co.es with three blade from coarse to fine and to me it grinds meat exceptionally well. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to grind their own meat.

Solidly built, functions as expected. Easy to clean after using. Our mixer lives on the counter so it’s handy to use this attachment during cooking prep. Adds functionality to an already important machine in the kitchen.

I just used it for the first time this weekend. I ground 25 lbs of deer and pork effortlessly. I then used the sausage tube which once you get the hang of how to use it works great! Both assembly and clean up were easy. I would definitely recommend this product!

Nice heavy duty grinder. Easy to attach and use. Metal body and grinding plates way better than plastic.

I had a hand crank meat grinder that clamped to a counter, which was such a pain that after using it a few times I gave up on grinding my own burgers. That is until the kitchenaid. I am happy to have gotten the metal version over the plastic as it gives me confidence in its durability, and while there is definite clean-up involved, it is so much more convenient than the hand-cranked grinder it replaced.

Its awesome and makes my job so much easier I’m so glad I found it the attachments are good quality and easy to clean i’m a say it was a good investment

This is a great attachment! Already using it for ground pork, rather than buying it in the market. I'm planning to make ground beef at home with just the right amount of fat.

Easy to use and clean. Hard cheese grated well. Meat needs to be slightly frozen for grinding. Cost effective to grind a roast instead of buying ground beef. Cutting up meat into manageable pieces takes some time.

Simple to set up on my mixer. The grind is quick and efficient, and the clean-up was much easier than I had feared. Glad that I got the metal attachment rather than the plastic - this is very solid, and hopefully will last for many years. All the Kitchenaid attachments are overpriced IMO, but the quality is there.

First off I completely forget that Best Buy has an appliance section. When you are searching for this product you find two versions; a plastic one and this metal one. After reading the reviews of the plastic one I knew we wanted to metal version for durability. Complete shopping trip in under 10 mins. Walked in. The associate helped me find it, since it was with the holiday items. Price matched it (because best buy has it priced much higher than every other retailer) and was out. We have purchased many Attachments for this blender so Im sure it will get used but since it was a gift and I don't think they have used it, I cant comment on that end.

Great store. First, I ordered the wrong item,when I went to pick it up Best Buy graciously returned the item.the you g man did his best to find my item. No luck. What a good team!

So glad that I decided to buy this. I've only used it to make steakburgers so for but it makes creating your own blend of ground beef a breeze. Can't wait to try it for more recipes. Solid quality, easy to clean.

Great investment, love this product, grind my own meat and works excellently

This accesory really completed our kitchen, we are using to grind corn, believe it or not.

I have only used the grinder about 5 times for ground hamburg. I partially freeze the meat cut into 1 inch chunks, and freeze the metal attachment parts for over an hour. I grind it twice on the largest disk and once on the mid size disk, this helps mix the fat into the meat. I have used just pot roast chuck and it's been tasty. I have used pot roast chuck with steak tips and that added a little more flavor. I have ground up the remains of the filet mignon I used and that was ok but not as flavorful as the chuck pot roast. The attachment worked great on my 20 yr old mixer with out any issues grinding it and with 4lbs of meat it did not overheat. When I am at the end of grinding it the last time, I make sure I throw a couple of handles in of the ground meat to make sure it has all ben run through the grinder. Wash the parts thoroughly and use the brush for cleaning. I did this and had no issues running meat through it the first time. I hand wash and dont put it through the dishwasher The chuck pot roast I grind up looks better and tastes better than 80 or 90 per store bought ground Hamburg The parts are durable and work fantastic. For best results cleaning, I soak it for 15 min after using it and then wash the items.

This is an amazing durable solid product, which easily attaches to my 25 years old Kitchen Aid Mixer! It grinds meat with great ease and speed. It enhances the cooking experience because now I can choose whichever part of the meat cut I want and make ground meat with it. It is easily manipulated, easily attached, easily washed, and stored away. I love American Made products by Kitchen Aid!

A great attachment for your KitchenAid stand mixer. Quality is there and easy to clean. Assembly and use are just what I was looking for.
