This accesory really completed our kitchen, we are using to grind corn, believe it or not.

An absolute must-have. We use this for our YouTube cooking show, The Felix's. Joys of Cooking. Our KitchenAid Professional 5 makes good use of this, Dim Sum filling, Burgers, Pet treats, Homemade sausages. The shows we will be making with this food grinder attachment are limitless. And if taken care of will last a lifetime.

I’ve used this several times and have been happy with it. If you have other Kitchenaid attachments, using this will be easy as it works in a similar way. I made sure the meat was very cold before grinding and it ground the meat quickly. Parts are not dishwasher safe so they must be hand washed. It’s not too difficult as long as you do it right away before the meat starts sticking.

This is a great attachment! Already using it for ground pork, rather than buying it in the market. I'm planning to make ground beef at home with just the right amount of fat.

This was an excellent purchase. It’s a bit of a pain to clean up but only due to my laziness since it must be hand washed. They include a number of accessories which we have yet to explore but looking forward to it after we master the perfect burger blend! Very easy to use and fun to do with the kids!

Great store. First, I ordered the wrong item,when I went to pick it up Best Buy graciously returned the item.the you g man did his best to find my item. No luck. What a good team!

Wonderful grinder for making ground meat at home. Very sturdy and feels extremely high quality. Better build than the plastic version. No issues with overheating and cleanup is simple with hot water or dish washer.

This is a really nice solid attachment for the KitchenAid stand mixer. It does exactly what it's intended for - with minimal fuss. Washing up wasn't as bad as I'd expected. Just make sure that you cut the meat into fairly small pieces, otherwise you'll make the mixer work very hard and risk breaking it.

This product works great. I have used it to grind brisket to make burgers. The first was a course grind and then I did a medium grind. The result was incredible. I have also ground a combination of chicken thighs and breast to make chicken burgers. I also enjoy the way you can disassemble the grinder for a complete and thorough cleaning. It comes with 3 grinding discs and the ability to make sausages. I would definitely recommend this product.

VERY useful and durable. I use it for grinding raw chicken thighs, bone and all, and have had very little trouble with it. I say that because I have had it clog up once or twice, but I feel that it performs admirably for an attachment versus a standalone unit.

This is a high quality meat grinder ,easy to assemble and use. Clean up is fairly easy too

Unit is worthy of KitchenAid name. Comes in substantial box, which serves as permanent storage. Instructions on use available on line. All grinders are not dish washer safe; wash by hand. Usable ability to grind; without major investment, while providing notable quality.

First time using a meat grinder. Bought 15 lbs of london Broil add some bacon fat to it freezing the bacon fat into 1 oz portions. Bought 1 lb of bacon fat so for every pound of meat did 1 oz. Of fat. Worked out good made good flavored hamburg pattys. We also bought a vacuum sealer to keep everything fresh. After buying the London Broil for under $2/lb and the price of hamburger meat now days paid for over half the grinder already. Have fun with it. Im 64 year old and still learning new things to do. Wish i would have done it earlier in life. Just make sure you chill the grinder and meat before grinding.

I tried my new attachment the for time today. I would have used it sooner but, I was expecting it to be a hassle to clean throughly. I found it was very easy and I will be using it often. I used it to grind sirloin and blend sausage with it, I was very happy with the results.

It is a complete metal, heavy-duty, durable food grinder. I was going to buy a plastic one, cheaper version, then found out that that one comes with more attachments than a plastic version. I would recommend buying this one.
