Excepting the delivery (Spirit delivery service), which was a nightmare (thank heaven for the Best Buy manager Terrence, who intervened as much as possible to help), this stove has been a complete joy. I've had it a bit over a month, and I've intentionally put it through its paces with everything from bread proofing (perhaps a bit cooler than I am used to, but works really well), convection (still learning, but very impressed and love baking more than one pan of cookies at a time), and dehydrating (it did an amazing job on beef jerky, and cleaned up easily), to searing and simmering on the stove top (so this is what it means to be 'cooking with gas'!). Though an additional Triple Tier burner would be a bonus, I can't think of anything else to wish for on this appliance. While I have lusted after the behemoth 6 burner models, this stove really steps up and delivers a big punch in a smaller package (and doesn't require a kitchen remodel to make it fit).

All the new gas stoves have 5 burners. Why? This stove only has 4 burners which is perfect for 30" stoves. There is not enough room for 5 burners on 30" and you would need a really narrow pots to fit. So this is a 4 burner stove which is perfect. So yes I like it.
