I bought this product for a friend who I call the cake and cookie boss. She had an older model kitchen aide. She loves this one. She is able to do and produce more with this one. I am so glad I bought it for her. I am excited that she loves it. I highly recommend this product to bakers.

I have owned a Kitchenaid mixer for years. I know the one I just purchased will be used for years by the person who is given this gift.

I got tired of kneading dough, so I got this when it was on sale. Best decision I have ever made! Heavier than I had expected, but I think that shows how sturdy this mixer is and that it will last long. Have been using it quite often. A must-have item for any baking/cooking lover!

Love this mixer. You can use so many different attachments and do most anything with this. We couldn't beat the price. It gets used all the time. It's a work horse. Got the pasta attachment, the meat grinder and they work fantastic on this.

We bought this mixer for our daughter’s at home baking business. The mixer itself is heavy, bulky, which makes it hard to move around in small kitchens. The mixer itself works great though just wish we would have bought the one with the clear mixing bowl to ensure everything mixed.

This mixer can handle anything. It is huge so it's probably not for everyday baking, mashing potatoes... unless you have a big family.

This thing is a beast. Got it for my wife and she loves it. you can add so many different attachments. It’s not just for kneading dough. You can chop veggies with it, make pasta noodles and a lot more with the right attachments.

I haven't used it enough to give it a 5 star. But so much better than my older classic that I had a few issues with and didn't think it was worth it to send in to see if it could be repaired as this one was on sale. Only have made cookies and not as noisy as my old one (I read a review that it was noisy). Need a little getting use to the lift versus the hinge on the classic. Also like the 5qt versus the 4.5, wouldn't think it would make that much of a difference but it does. Can only imagine the volume in a 6 qt.

I don't think you can say much about a KitchenAid Stand mixer. It pretty much does a wonderful job at everything it does. My only disappointment with the purchasing of this from Best Buy was that it listed a blade scraper as an accessory, but it doesn't work in the one I purchased.

Got this for my daughter, she is just learning how to cook and the KitchenAid - Sand Mixer - Silver was a great way to go for a gift.

I would 100% recommend this to anyone... even if they don't use it that frequently.. it just makes cooking and baking so much easier!

Love it!! Gave my first one away to a niece when I moved. A hand mixer just can't handle the thick mixes of cookies and breads. The KitchenAid-Pro 5 handles all with ease. Plus I can have both hands free to add ingredients as the recipe directs.

This thing is a tank. We picked this bad boy up this year for making the Christmas Cookies. Let me just say, we made more than 100 dozen cookies with this mixer and it has been amazing. We have used a tilt head before and didnt care for it, but this Bowl-Lift version is amazing.

My fiance has been wanting this for a while, she was so excited to receive it; she's already picking out attachments and accessories.

Have four daughters who all have very good cooking/baking skills. So it was a no brainer to get them each one of their own. These are made very well, are durable, and stylish. The multiple attachments which are available as an option make this a base unit that has value beyond it's primary design purpose. Very versatile.

I've only used this once so far, so this is a limited review. I had an old stand mixer years ago and was tired of always having to use my hand mixer, so when I saw this on sale at Best Buy decided it would be a good time to invest in one Purchased this online on Thanksgiving and it arrived in just a couple of days This was a lot heavier than I thought so was glad hubby was home to help me unpack it. Like I said so far have only used it once, but planning on making my Christmas cookies this week so it should get a good workout. So far I like everything about it,read a review about leaving black on the food being prepared but I didn't have this problem
