Love it! I’ve been wanting one for a long time. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and I’ve already made cookies, cupcakes, breads, soft pretzels and more. It’s so easy to use. I also got the juicer attachment and made fantastic OJ.

I bought this mixer for my wife as a pre-Christmas present for when she makes cookies for the holidays. Her friend has one that she was always talking about so I felt it was a worthwhile purchase at the sales price. My wife could not say enough good things about it after the first round of baking, she loves it.

I love this mixer, it was easily to use and set up, my cake come out fantastic .

I always wanted a mixer like this one it makes it so easy for me with the bowl lift i still have my old one but i hate fighting with the bowl every time i would work with it

The item is really good, just as I expected from KitchenAid, It just came with the basic three mixer attachments, but I will be looking forward to buy other attachments which will make my cooking easier and exciting.

My wife love this mixer she says it takes the pressure off her wrist from having to mix with her hands. We got her mom the KitchenAid Classic which she always wanted. I can say they're both happy with products.

Terrific product so far. The only tough thing is the bowls locking mechanism and release. It’s tight and loud.

Used the mixer for the first time this weekend! It is life changing compared to my hand held mixer!! I love it. It was so easy to use and to clean up.

I bought my kitchen Aid from Best Buy and I have had it for 1 year and 9 months now. At the price of the Professional 5 Plus 5 Quart mixer, I don't think it should rust. I have the navy blue mixer, and while the performance is great, the platform that holds the bowl had what appears to be a piece of sand or similar that was in the paint and it was raised a bit and with the use of the bowl on and off the platform, it chipped off because the paint wasn't smooth in that area. Now that this has happened, the metal bowl that sits on the platform has come in contact together with the platform and there is a rust spot now both on the platform and the metal bowl. I called Best Buy and of course there is no warranty. They informed me that Kitchen Aid's warranty has run as well. Why do products that cost $350 not last?! I do not use this mixing bowl every day. Not even close. I use it once every few months maybe. So disappointed! Best Buy gave me the 800 number to Kitchen Aid and I called but got a message that no one was at the extension I needed to be routed to because I didn't know my party's four digit extension. So it rang and rang and then put me in a VM that no one was at this extension. Convenient. No message can be left. Has anyone else noticed that we don't get customer service anymore?!

I purchased my KitchenAid stand mixer as a Christmas present to myself, and do not regret it! I love this mixer and it made holiday baking a breeze! I also recieved the most amazing deal on my mixer through Best Buy.

Love this mixer, it’s heavy, but it sure saves time mixes really well. I have to always remember that it lifts the bowl… overall great.

About time. I’m writing this because if you are a compulsive buyer or a professional than you may need this. 500$ eye candy is definitely enough to turn a head or make the best cookie known to man kind.

If you love to bake you got have a great mixer…this is the best.

I didn't realize the mixer was so tall. It won't fit underneath my kitchen cabinets. Also, it slings batter out of the bowl. I now need a batter guard. It works very well, however!

Best machine ever. Worth the wait. Don't freak out at the noise it makes when it's at low speed. It's a new machine and it will go away. I was able to make my x-mas cookies.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Got her a couple of attachments to go with it for the holidays. She has been making steam bums, noodles, bread, etc. We love it very much.

Everything is lovely, the red color, the industrial strength and the functionality.

I wanted Kitchenaid quality. I wanted to be able the make baked goods including breads. My family and the people at work love the foods I have made. I am still having a great time trying new recipes and cooking family favorites. I want the pasta attachment next.

My wife is very happy with her mixer! She joked she always needed one for her countertop like a piece of art. It’s definitely more then art! Made her holiday baking easier then its ever been. We read other reviews and some had me concerned, especially with the price! Following the advice of some of the more detailed reviews I don’t see having the issues from the low ratings, those are definitely user error! Start low and slow and gradually add ingredients and it should run smoothly for years, and look like a piece of art when it’s not being used lol. She’s happy so I’m happy!
