Very easy to use, easy cleanup, frothing wand detachable, makes great single and double shots, easy to pack ground coffee

Great espresso machine. So far no problems. Pretty easy to use for beginner. Although the owners manual could have information in it. I went on utube and found the information I needed. The only drawback is the steam/frothing function drops waterin the drip tray after it’s function. It pulls a very good espresso. I would also recommend the kitchen aide but grinder. I bought it a week after and it complements the espresso machine.

Well made and I really like the removable water tank, as well as simple operation. I am still experimenting to get it right and looking forward to an opportunity to entertain guests. It does seem it require a really fine Espresso grind to pull a good shot with crema...finer than my KitchenAid burr grinder is capable of.

It’s a compact, includes all the equipment you need, and makes great coffee. The quality of the material feels solid, and the best feature is the handle which feels solid and heavy. The only downside is that it lacks a bit of pressure, and you have no way of measuring it.

Easy Assemble, good espresso, less noice, perfect frothing

I’m new to espresso machines. This one is pretty easy to use and makes a good beverage. Due to the pressure in the process there is a drip tray that collects some water. I thought so rope thing was wrong. KitchenAid varied this is normal for the machine and very easy to pour out. Learning how to use the steam froth wand as well! Enjoying it.

Great product, I think the set up process was a little difficult to figure out even with the instructions and watching videos online. Once we did get it set up it was very easy to use. We never figured out the water hardness test within the settings. But over all it is great and perfect for the average coffee/espresso drinker. I would recommend getting the kitchen aid coffee grinder as well to get fresh grounds daily and at the grind size you prefer. We do not use the frother when making 1-2 cups because it just adds more dishes and parts to clean. We use the steamer most of the time which is great and easy to use.

Incredible. Kitchen aid brand is one of the best around. The accessories that go along with this make it that much more worth it. Also comes in varied colors. My wife uses this every day.

I have had this for almost a year now and I still love it. It makes a great espresso and is easy to clean. I use it every day and haven't had any issues with it.

I originally purchased this to replace my morning Starbucks. It’s done the job so far. The flavor and texture are comparable in every way. It doesn’t give the same quality as the higher end coffee shops but it’s a bargain.

Very impressed with the quality so far. The steam wand makes it possible to make cafe quality espresso drinks, but espresso on its own is still great. Highly recommend.

Great gift, my parents loved it and use it daily! Delivery was all quick and efficient, especially right before Christmas. The instructions were a little difficult to understand in how to assemble this, but in the end, I think we got it. The steamer needs a bit of practice to learn how to use it properly. Overall, if you want to use this, it's better if you already have experience with this kind of tech.

I love this machine. I started with another $100 machine, different brand and it worked fine but was a chore. This is so simple and makes great espresso, I’ve seen review that it doesn’t produce as much crema as others but crema is just foam that really adds nothing to the taste I also have the Kitchenaid coffee grinder, makes the perfect pair.
