This is a superb machine. Makes crema without needing a burr grinder. A small kitchen chopper/grinder is adequate. Built like a sherman tank & easy to use. U can spend a lot more but espresso won't be better. Get it.

Very well made, as I'm they didn't go cheap on some things that could here plastic. Got this on sale for about $200 in June, 2023. Only negative, and maybe it's all espresso machines, it's a tad loud.

Quality expresso machine that's both easy to use, and doesn't wake the house. Picked it up on sale but would be worth the price for the at home convenience.

Very easy to use. Make sure you practice with cheep coffe beans at first until you figure out the right packing pressure to use. The steam wand works way better than I expected.

This coffe machine have earned my love because it just works as advertised. No magic, just simply cery good coffee maker. Very good coffe machine in the almost 2 years I've had it. No more Starbucks for my gf! Save the money, well worth it and try different coffees, etc. If you can catch it on a deal, even better.

I bought this espresso machine on a whim because my daughter loves to make espresso. So far, so good. There was a brief learning curve, but on her 2nd try, she got the result she wanted. We’ve only had this machine for a week and used it twice, but it seems sturdy enough to stand up to regular usage. It also takes up very little space on my kitchen counter (I moved the can opener and put this in its place).

Extremely east espresso machine, sleek Kitchen Aid design. All of my appliances match. The machine heats very quickly, cleans easily, but best of all makes a great espresso. Good crema. I like that it does not come with a grinder on top so that it fits under my upper cabinets. I like the sleek, narrow foot print. The base of this machine is quite heavy, so there is no movement when the machine is operating, nor when the portafilter is being attached or removed. The reservoir is large and the overflow has a "full" indicator. I love this espresso machine.

Excellent little espresso machine for the price. If you don't mind doing a little extra work, and you like tinkering around with grind size, dose, etc, then this machine is a great deal. Especially when it's a daily deal.

Easy to use and makes lattes that taste just as good, if not better, than chain coffee shops! It comes with all of the accesories needed to use right away. The main downside is how fast the drip tray fills up, which is an inconvenience, but overall it is still a great machine for a beginner.

I very much fell in love with this product. It is sleek and pretty and i honestly recommend that you dont get the auto frother attachment. Worth the price but if you can get it on sale i highly recommend.

It is really easy to use and clean the parts. Since it has less complicated features over the expensive ones, I think it is great one to learn how to make espresso and basic drinks.
