So far, so good. It has a large cavity allowing more food per rack. The baking appears pretty even across the rack space. The oven + attachments are useful. It did a fine job of grilling steaks with good searing.
As others have mentioned, the alarm sound is quite faint, but it will send a notification to your phone. It takes a good 15 min to preheat to 400. Unfortunately, (unlike my last Decor oven) it does not and cannot be programmed with multiple temperatures ex. Sear and then bake. It must all be managed manually. Strangely, it has 7 menus stored in the oven, but no more can be added. Seems like a missed opportunity. Overall, I like the oven, but miss some features from my prior oven.

Oven is stunning! If that's all you want then THIS is your product. It only comes with 6 recipes and no instructions on how to use it! You would think a $5000 oven would come with a cookbook or some sort of inspiration. Additionally, the timer tone is very quiet with no way to raise the volume and the additional cookware pieces that they send you after you register the oven are HUGE! The steamer pan isn't an everyday use item, too large for everyday use unless you have a LARGE family. I feel like they should offer a choice of size. I feel like Kitchen Aid dropped the ball on this item. Had so much potential!

This oven heats quicker than my previous oven. Love two of the shelves that allows me to slide them out smoothly. Have not yet used the accessories but I like the idea of them. AT first I was concerned that it would be more difficult to learn how to use it but it is not too bad. It certainly looks great in my kitchen.

I like the oven and the updates I get directly to my phone. I wish the timer rand louder, to notify when it was going off. It may and I haven’t figured it out yet.

It's a beautiful oven, has some great Smart features. I am not used to the "convection" cooking, so it's nice that I could just use regular baking until I do. But when I did, the oven converts the regular bake into the convection bake, so the Smart oven is really smart. With the convection everything cooks so evenly now - even when using both racks. BTW, the slide out rack is nice to have too. This one also comes with a grill, steamer and baking stone. The wifi goes out alot, but then I don't really use that. The timer alert is too quiet, wish I could increase the volume.

Oven is great, still waiting over a month for the attachments. Had to call customer support several times to get the order placed properly. Had trouble getting it connected to Wifi. Reset to factory setting to get it to pick up the correct 2.4 band. Had 5.0 creds stuck in its memory. Fingers crossed the attachments are supposed to arrive next week.

Smart attachments don't stay connected consistently. When it does connect, you can't use the bottom oven at the same time, so the double-oven concept is lost. This unit has not functioned properly since we bought it, but good luck sitting through their 2-hour+ phone queue to try to get support.
