    We were very disappointed at the time that it took for delivery. We understand that this was beyond your control. Original delivery date/time was changed. In the end, the oven was delivered and installed. They were on time, neat and professional. We are very pleased with the oven so far. I am sure it will get a workout as Thanksgiving approaches.

    Would love to review, but Im still waiting fot it to be delivered and installed. Assume backordered and COVID19 issues.

    love the double oven helps us be prepared fpr big family gatherings and the black stainless is so easy to keep clean.

    KitchenAid ovens poor quality

    Since the first day oven would randomly turn off during cooking cycle and screen would go black. Occasionally there would be an error code “F6E4:UI/ACU STATE STAUS MISMATCH”. Spent hours on phone/hold over several days trying to get to the correct department. Automatic menu tree next to useless. Frontline customer service people are fine but don’t have the tools or knowledge to be very useful. Finally able to schedule an appliance repair service to come out over a week later just to be told the control boards needed to be replaced, another two weeks or more plus whatever time to schedule a return to install. All this on a NEW $5,000 so called smart oven. Also there was no operating manual like with every other oven I have bought. Only a quick start list and installation instructions that they called “Operation Manual”. Had to look up similar oven from parent company Whirlpool to find a useful manual. KitchenAid/Whirlpool quality control is no better than Boeing ‘s and their system is not customer friendly.
