Simple lines, very efficient and quiet. We are more than satisfied

Bought this during COVID19 pandemic, to replace the exact same model previously purchased 5 years ago. Decided it was better to replace the 1st one rather than have 1st one repaired because, at the price, we would be gaining an additional warranty, instead of repair costs. This is a wonderful dishwasher........totally quiet and it gets the dishes squeaky clean. Love Kitchen Aid appliances. Buy made in America.............bye-bye LG........never again. (LG stove also died during COVID19 pandemic. Replaced it with Kitchen Aid from another store, only because BEST BUY was closed to the public and wanted to see it in person prior to purchasing).

I bought this dishwasher through a BestBuy promotion and matched it with several other KitchenAid products. My original purchase was not going to be this brand for the dishwasher but the promotion seemed worth it. The washer itself looks great, good control layout and features, stainless steel tub but the quality of the washes is sorely lacking. More often that not with each cycle we've had to rewash some dishes. There is usually debris on some items and I thought the lack of a built in disposal would be fine as long as we did some adequate rinsing prior but it just doesn't get the job done in the way I was hoping for the price that we paid. On the upside it does get dishes more dry that some previous washers I've owned and it is so quiet its been barely noticed when running.

I bought this dishwasher based on its consumer reports. It started off great. Very quiet and cleans well. I loved how dry the dishes were. However, it did not live up to it’s good reputation. I had to have a tech come out multiple times due to leaking and needing the motor replaced after only 3 years of owning. I ended up switching it out for another model.

Super happy with our purchase of our KitchenAid Architect Series II KDTM354DSS 24" built-in dishwasher. Does a great job of cleaning and the racks are large and thoughtfully laid out. The dishes come out dry and free of any dishwasher detergent residue or odors. The unit runs very quiet and has lots of options using a easy to use control panel on the top side of the door. The LED panel lets you know where you are in the cycle and displays a 'CLEAN' message when the dishes are done. So far, I've been very pleased and impressed!!

We have had the dishwaher for 1 week and so far it's been great. I do notice the shelves' plastic are wet when it's done but the dishes have been dry. We debated a lot on which dishwasher to buy but so far this is working well for us.

Ok, not the most exciting appliance to own. This replaced a ten-year-old unit, in fact, it is the first brand new dishwasher I have ever owned. Here is what I like; it is super quiet, it looks great, the controls are easy to use, the interior is well crafted, not cheap plastic like most of the ones I have owned. It feels like a quality product. It does a great job washing the dishes. I am very pleased with my purchase. For what it's worth, I did a fair amount of research, I did not want to pay the cost of a Bosch which is also highly regarded, this model had very positive reviews and it was less expensive than the Bosch. Recommended.

I'm glad I spent a little extra to get this fantastic dishwasher. I had forgotten what TRULY clean dishes, glasses and silverware were. I love the extra features this particular model has. I wouldn't hesitate if you are deciding between a few models to upgrade to this one. This machine is extremely quiet, so quiet in fact you will forget it's on. The ProFilter wash and not having to remove any parts to clean out food particles were 2 features that helped make this decision easy. If I move out of my home, I would buy this dishwasher again.

Our previous Kitchenaid Dishwasher lasted over 15 years. It was the best dishwasher we have owned, as it was both quiet and cleaned everything well. I'm told that 15 years is a long time for a dishwasher. We chose this Architect Series to replace it due to our previous experience. This one is better and quieter. It cannot be heard when it is running even if we're standing next to it. If it did not have the front panel readout, we would not know it was running. So far we have only used a few of the cleaning options and it cleans really well. How do they do that? Very Pleased.

I did search about lot of dish wash washers online and finally selected on this one after seeing it top rated also on the consumer research magazine. I had to wait for 27 days after I placed order because it was back ordered at Best Buy, but it was completely worth when I got it installed on October 1st and since then I am using it regularly, It cleans the all kind of utensils, dishes very good with almost no noise.

After doing a thorough review of dishwashers online, I decided to go with this Kitchenaid model. It was a good decision, & no regrets. Kitchenaid’s website boasts being able to get clean even dried-on food, and that is accurate with the exception of oatmeal & egg. We literally just scrape off excess food & load the dishes into the dishwasher, and dishes come out quite clean. The real test of this brand & model will be how long it lasts under the heavy use of our household. This is our 3rd dishwasher in 22 years. I like all the features this model has, but it will be much later before I can gauge its quality by how long it lasts.

Very quiet operation. Good cleaning. the baked on cleaning setting works very well as advertised. The cycle is long but eliminates hand washing and scouring. Definitely would recomend

Cleans and dries extremely well. I also like the adjustable shelves and accesory racks. This product is excellent but the amount of time it takes for some cycles to complete is significant. While the longer wash time is actually less costly than my older Bosch due to the efficiency of the water distribution system, it means that on holidays or when you have mutiple loads to do in a day, the washer is running for 5-6 hours.

Love my dishwasher, it's very quiet does a great job cleaning the dishes. My only complaint is it would be nice if the stainless steel was fingerprint proof.

Initially we wanted a different brand but this one stood out without question. The racks slide like butter! No other dishwasher could get close to this one. Every time I run it, I have to question whether I started it. It is that quiet. With a lot of homes open concept, I think that's a really important feature. Plus, it does a great job cleaning my dishes, Which is number one on my list when buying a dishwasher. Normally I reserve a 5 star rating for things that are exceptional and this dishwasher qualifies.

I don't have to pre-rinse anymore! I just remove the food and stick it in the dishwasher....even if it is a couple of days before I run the dishwasher. I've purposely put dishes in that I thought would be difficult to clean and they've come out spotless every time.

I'm so glad I decided to get a Bosch dishwasher. It runs so quietly I can't even tell if it's on except for the red light that it shines on the floor when it's on. No more pre-rinsing my dishes ever again! As long as the food is scraped off, it gets the dishes really clean. I also like being able to reconfigure the bottom rack and adjust the height of the top rack to fit anything. There have been comments about the dishwasher not drying very well but all I have to do is put on the sanitizer feature and then open the door ajar when the load is done and preferably while the dishes are still steaming hot and they dry well.
