Absolutely works great! I bought this to make zucchini strips for keto lasagna. It made everything so easy and cleanup was easy too! My kids think it’s fun to make and eat apple strips too it’s a fun way to get them to eat apples.

you can do different things in the kitchen such as carrot potato donkeys or malangas stuffed with ham cheese, whatever you want to put it, you can make them baked or fried

I haven't even used it as of yet, BUT, I had a Kitchen aid mix, kitchen center with a blender attachment, food processor attachment and meat grinder attachment that I got as a wedding gift back in October of 1979. The motor finally bound up in about October of 2019 which means it lasted for forty years. SO, this one will probably last for even longer then the rest of my life. It is a great brand and that's why I bought another Kitchen Aid brand mixer.

If you have a KitchenAid mixer you need one of these! Able to do a lot of things with the vegetables once they are cut. Best of all you take fresh potatoes after slicing them you cut them in 2 inch sections and you can make homemade chips.

Bought for my wife. Very easy to use and it has 2 thicknesses. Sliced apple very thin and it was a big hit for kids with braces. They are so excited to be able to eat apples and not break brackets.

This adds a lot of different textures and more fun ways to eat vegetables! The device is a little finicky so you have to make sure you get perfectly shaped vegetables or close to perfect. Otherwise you can save them a little bit to make it work well. Definitely a useful addition to the KitchenAid!

Peel apples and lay them out in a pie and they cook faster and easier to eat since the apples are in sheets kinda instead of pieces. Every bite gives you plenty of apples. Makes potatoes fancy when serving company.

I love KitchenAid! This is amazing for anyone wanting/needing to change their eating habits. We did a refreshing cucumber sheet - soaked in freshly squeezed lemon, with tuna salad.

We got this four our Kitchen Aid 8 qt model, with the intent of using it for veggie lasagna noodles. Not only is it perfect for that, it is oddly fun to use.

The only limitation is that your size of vegetable has to fit.

Trying to be health conscious and still eat food you like is tough, using this to create sheets for lasagna and other recipes is great. It plugs in well, feels solid and does the job quickly.
