Doesn't work - returned product

The zucchini just spun around on the stick, and the blade didn't cut it. When I pushed on it to make the blade cut it, it worked, but it only made a few short strips. The remainder of the zucchini didn't slice. I think there needs to be more tension so the blade will press more on the produce. I returned the product.

The box was already unsealed and torn apart. The inside pocket that holds the catalog is torn as well. This box has been opened before and wasn't brand new. I'm heading to the store tomorrow to return this. This was one of the three items I bought together and 2 out of 3 was not brand new. Be careful when you shop online. So disappointed
