Awesome! You need to tune it and set the sub in the corner and don’t put the sub too high or it gets muddy sounding, but if u tune it properly and let I be, then it does what it is supposed to do and it is freakin AWESOME!! VERY CLEAN and CRIPS and clear!!! I have yet to mount the soundbar and hide the wires, but that will happen this weekend! Awesome product!! 100% recommend!! Nothing will ever be a clean and good as separates, but this is clean, crisp, and the sub hit hard! Works very very well!!!

For the sake of full disclosure, I have bought Klips for my desktop for years, two sets, the 1st set lasted 12 years and sounded fantastic for only 20w per channel.
OK, the box...? Really Klip? Maybe I just didn't hold it the right way<lol>...
I connected it to an existing TCL tv I have in a 12x12 bedroom using the ARC hdmi port just to test it out. The bass speaker automatically paired and we were off to the races. I'm not going to indulge the finicky with the menu setup or how easy it was to figure out, if you're having difficulty with understanding the tiered sub-menus, just understand the mode buttons have sub menus.
On to the sound.....typically Klipish with strong mids and highs and their algorithm seems to set the bass too soft, even on its highest setting BUT when I cranked Barry White's "Can't get enough of your love babe" up to 75-80%, the 10" down fired speaked was bouncing 1-1/2" inches in the box and my house settled an inch lower because of the soul stirring bass! Okay, not really....but you won't be disappointed. Even at full-tilt, the sound was clear and tones for the most part, distinct!
I bought a TCL 75" tv which is notorious for having bad sound quality but a picture that beats everyone but the oleds costing more than double so for $350, I will have great sound & a super picture!
Best 350 adder to a 1400 tv you can make....TCL75"/Klips, a marriage made in heaven!
FYI- never used tech support so I leave it at 5 stars till they let me down

The first sound bar I received was broke in the middle but Bestbuy sent a replacement quickly. The second product came in a box that was beat up but no problems.
The sound is great and the subwoofer has deep base. The sound bar also looks good under my TV!

I purchased this system to replace a two way soundbar that we bought for a new 55" OLED Sony in the living room. We had waited for 2 weeks and were anxious to install it as soon it arrived. The first disappointment was the manual which contained little information mostly in the form of confusing illustrations. Luckily it was a relatively simple setup so I installed it. However the second disappointment was that it would not work , there was no woofer response.
Next day I contacted Klipsch and verified that the woofer's amplifier was defective and was offered a replacement either through Klipsch directly or I could return it to Best Buy for a new one. I opted to return to Best Buy for an exchange however they had none in stock. So, here we are 1 month from initial order, the system is installed and working as expected. Sounds Great! Built well, easy setup, and a nice low price of $350. from Best Buy.
I have a nice 5.1 system in the family room so I kind of knew that this 3.1 soundbar would not measure up to that but I am surprised at how clear the dialog is, how well the subwoofer responds, and the overall improvement in the audio. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to improve the sound quality on your TV I highly recommend this soundbar. If not for the poorly written manual and fact that the first soundbar was defective I would have given the Sound Bar itself 4.5-5 star.
I was also impressed with both Klipsch and Best Buy's customer service. I had an issue, they helped diagnose the problem and offered acceptable remedies with no run-around!
What more can one expect?

First time buying any kind of speakers without hearing them first, but it’s Klipsch, a brand I have trusted and purchased for years for outstanding quality and fidelity… and these have not disappointed so far… sound quality is exceptional… bass is extremely deep so definitely brings that added dimension to movies and music… you can feel it in your chest like you would at a live concert… mids and highs are very clean too… very satisfied so far… it will crank music via Bluetooth as well, and while loud, wouldn’t mind if it went a little louder but not everyone is about that :) especially using a soundbar and not a dedicated receiver and speaker setup… simple to use and connect so that is a bonus too… it’s a bit on the high end price wide compared to others but worth it for the sound quality and sound…

This is the best sound bar I've ever had. The bass is strong and it can definitely shake the floor for action scenes in movies. The speaker sounds great, but what I'm most impressed with is the sound bar's Dialog mode. There are three dialog settings and usually I have it on level 2 most of the time. Being hard of hearing, with hearing aids in both of my ears, it's difficult for me to make out all the words being said in tv shows and movies. With the dialog setting on it makes it 10x easier for me to hear what's being said in tv shows and especially movies with loud background music. This sound bar really enhances individuals' dialog to where you can hear almost every syllable in words being spoken. Overall this sound bar is great 5 out 5 stars.

I tried several systems that matched my other components hoping to reap the rewards of seamless integration, but the sound just was not up to par and the integrations were not as seamless as presumed. Klipsch nailed it on sound quality, deep deep bass and crisp mid/highs with the famous horns. The integration is just as good as the matched systems, but the best part is that we can hear dialog clearly now. Whether streaming, movies or just TV, we struggled with the other systems, but can hear the spoken word as well as the musical score now.

If sound quality is important to you, and you are stuck with having to get a sound bar, this is the one to get! For this price point sound quality doesn’t get any better than this. Probably the best subwoofer that any sound bar would come with. Super easy to use. My primary reason for getting a sound bar was to enhance dialogue when watching movies in my formal living room. It has a button to increase or decrease vocals. It has a button to increase or decrease subwoofer. There’s a button to increase or decrease surround effect. Super easy super awesome. Stay away from those tingy, over-processed, digitally-modulated sound bars. Go with this adult version, you’ll be happy!

Klipsch tends to price a little high and then have sales that make the product a good value. This soundbar is no exception. Simple interface. Typical klipsch sound signature. The subwoofer is the best soundbar woofer you can get at this pricepoint. Very pleased with the overall purchase. Only downside is it is limited to dolby digital. Most people would never know, but i was disappointed that it could only process that. Still, its a great bidget choice.

First I was a little disappointed our Best Buy didn’t have this soundbar on display to even test out. I had a Sony soundbar before I got this one. I know the klipsch brand is very well known and made well, so I was intrigued by the soundbar. All the reviews I read were nothing but good but I still wanted to physically hear it before I pulled the trigger. Well after YouTube reviews and more reading I decided to just get it. Man! The sound is amazing! Deep bass you can feel, highs and mids you can hear and not being drowned out by the bass. I would highly recommend buying the 2 satellite rear speakers you can purchase separately. It adds a whole new dynamic to the system!

If you like bass, you’re going to love this sound bar. We have it wired arc to an 85” X900H and it complements the tv beautifully. It took some adjusting to get the sound bar tuned exactly how we wanted, and now I can’t live without it. The remote is backlit, and does a fantastic job but if you’re hooked up via arc it becomes pointless once you’ve got it set up the way you like it. It’s not the greatest sound bar ever made, but it rocks! I play music all day while I’m working and I have it cranked up! It’s truly an impressive unit.

Love Klipsch Speakers, but not their Sound Bars

I absolutely love Klipsch as a brand, but I honestly was very underwhelmed by this system which I truly hate to say. The Subwoofer absolutely sounds GREAT and it literally packs a MAJOR punch! It is VERY large just as a heads up for those who are tight on space. Unfortunately, the sound bar itself was not what I was even nearly expecting whatsoever and was so utterly underwhelmed by it's almost...."tinny" sound. This may be due to the fact that I originally wanted the package with the surround speakers, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Now without hearing the system with the surround speakers, I cannot speak to its sound quality, but I do truly believe that those surround speakers really would make this system much better, but still underwhelming for its price. I was also unfortunately a bit disappointed by the build quality of the sound bar itself as well as the remote. The sound bar has plastic caps on the ends that easily pop off and the mesh that covers the center speaker feels like a cheap plastic-derived material rather than the cloth-type material that is on nearly every other speaker, including other Klipsch speakers. The remote was very large, didn't have a screen on it (not did the sound bar itself), and didn't feel like it would survive long before pieces of it breaking. It also lacks the technology that it should have, especially for the money. It did have an ARC port, but it only had 1 HDMI ARC port and did not have a 2nd HDMI passthrough port as most sound bars do so that you do not take up an HDMI port just for your ARC sound system since most current TV's only have 3-4 HDMI ports to begin with, so that was also disappointing. Really, the only great thing about this system is it's subwoofer - but for the cost, you could buy a much higher quality Klipsch subwoofer that would be much more impressive (not to take away from the amazing power, clarity, and punch that this wireless subwoofer produces).
For nearly the same amount of money, you would be much better off buying a Klipsch system with 5 separate speakers, a Klipsch subwoofer, and a quality receiver.
Now I understand that not everyone wants all of that equipment and wires everywhere, thus the whole point of a sound bar system - but honestly I am happier with my Vizio sound bar system that sounds great, also has a wireless subwoofer and comes with the 2 surround speakers which makes for a much more enveloping sound for less than half (even nearly 1/3) the cost of this system - and it also comes with all the latest technology such as the 2nd passthrough HDMI port, a remote that is smaller and has a screen on it, and the sound bar itself has a better build quality feeling than this one. While the Vizio system doesn't have a subwoofer anything nearly like this Klipsch, it is incredibly small and actually packs an absolutely amazing amount of bass - especially for it's incredibly compact size (about 1/5 the size)! Of course, it does not have the same deep punch and clarity of this subwoofer, but is also isn't a 10' sub so therefore of course it is going to sound different.
I am very glad that I found a friend that had this same system while I was waiting for mine to arrive (which took about 20 days which I wasn't pleased about - especially when the estimated delivery date stayed at about 4 business days until the day it was supposed to arrive and then changed to say that it was delayed and didn't give a timeline when the system would be shipped out - which was very upsetting due to the fact that I ordered this system precisely for it to be here by a certain date only for that not happening.
Lastly, it was more expensive this Black Friday (2021) at $400 while last Black Friday (2020) it was on sale for $300. Of course, the pandemic played many factors in the increased price and delayed delivery time which is not anyone's fault. Unfortunately, even at the $300 price point - I still would be disappointed with this system. Overall, there are much better systems out there for cheaper prices than this one and I couldn't recommend it. Thankfully I got to hear it while waiting for it's extremely long delivery time and didn't open the item. I was pretty upset that I wasn't allowed to cancel the order, even after the delivery date change which wasn't even known nor displayed on the website until it actually shipped - which was about 1-2 days before BestBuy automatically cancels the order and refunds your money...so I don't understand why I wasn't allowed to cancel the order when it hadn't even shipped out yet and couldn't give me an expected date of when it would arrive.
All-in-all, there are much better options out there for the price and the only reason it got 3 stars instead of 2 was because the subwoofer is so utterly amazing, especially for being a down-firing 10' sub! I will admit that it shouldn't be as large as it is, but if space isn't a big deal for you, then it actually adds to the aesthetics and sound of the Subwoofer. Sadly, it seems Klipsch isn't in the realm of sound bar technology like it is with its other utterly amazing conventional speaker systems...but again, this is the only sound bar I've heard from them and it didn't have the surround speakers - but even then, it lacks the technology that many would expect from a system these days. From just this sound-bar experience, it doesn't seem like Klipsch is the go-to brand for Sound-bars - but that's honestly OK because they are known for their conventional speakers, especially for their price they are practically impossible to beat for conventional speakers.
