The only time it worked consistently was when I placed the soundbar directly on top of the sub. The bar itself sounds decent. When working properly, the subwoofer sounded muddy and didn't hit like I wanted. The pairing issue was disappointing enough to return the item. Volume control could be fine tuned also. About mid-level, the volume jumped up way too much from the previous level.. all in 1 click.. so it was somewhat too quiet or too loud.

This item is electronically a very poor product. I am hoping this 3rd unit lasts longer than the two previous ones I have owned Klipsch sound bars for my Samsung big screen tv.

The subwoofer really made the difference, in our apartmenr it did make enough low resolution thump to shake the room. Lasted about 2.5years and it doesnt power on now. it was great for movies while it lasted, wouldnt sugest for people who wants to listen to music. on a side note the Mobile app from Klipsch was total garbage.
