Best soundbar I’ve ever owned your truly getting an Onkyo quality product with the sleek design of klipsch and sound. This sound bar is punchy and loud out the box in fact I had to download the app to tweak the subwoofer settings to a lower DB. Connectivity works like a charm. When tv turns off bars turns off when tv turns on bar turns on automatically. Have it hooked up to an Apple TV. For me I did notice that if you have atmos active in Apple TV anything that’s not atmos content will introduce like popping sounds for content that 5.1 atmos sounds loud with no issues. I basically set it to Dolby digital 5.1 to avoid that popping sound but it could be my Apple TV only. You even add another subwoofer if you have a large room along with the surround sound channels but wait for the surround flexus 300 later this fall that way you can get a full 5.2.4

It took me a few months to come to my conclusion with this product. This Klipsch sound bar paired with the subwoofer is worth every penny. I have always loved Klipsch products as they always perform the best when it comes to your audio needs. I was interested in the Bose Soundbar/Subwoofer combo which is a really great product but I wanted to stay firm with my budget. The Klipsch subwoofer is a sealed box. Me personally, I always have a preference to a ported subwoofer but this one still blows my mind how good it is. I highly recommend this product, it’s great for movies and perfect for music. Dolby atmos is incredible. Set up is easy and the instructions are easy to understand. Klipsch has an app as well where you can control and customize/fine tune the audio to your liking.

Great sounding premium soundbar and sub. The sound quality is a lot better than I anticipated, esp coming from an older Vizio soundbar that had more speakers/channels. The build quality is also top notch with a hefty metal and wood vynl construction. The bass is also a heavy hitter given its size, but one thing to keep in note is the placement of the sub does dictate bass response. After some google searches, decided to place in the front of the room in a wall corner for a more intense response. I definitely recommend getting one if you’re on the fence about it.

Amazing sound, I personally added two speakers for the side to have a more powerful athmos sound. Sub woofer is powerfull, turn on and off and connect automatically with my tv so I don’t have to touch the remote at all. You can tweak the setting with the app. Great quality all around

This is my first powered sound bar, I’m down sizing from a true 5.1 sound system ( SONY JBL KLIPSCH JAMO & POLK) it was over kill and took a quarter of my living room up and took two hours to dust lol . so I knew I had to get something decent to be happy. Well I tell you for the size you can’t go wrong. Sound is amazing. Things I don’t like, the sound bar doesn’t have an internal RCA jack, would be nice for older tvs or cd players. The sub sounds deep but it could be much louder. Plus the light on the sub is too bright, I have it behind my couch and it lights up the wall in the dark. It’s not necessary at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good soundbar that’s capable of playing music and movies.

A few years back I had the opportunity to test out the Klipsch Reference Series home theater system and I was blown away. The audio, the design, the craftmanship was all beyond words. Well, when the opportunity presented itself to test out the Klipsch soundbar I jumped on board, and I am so glad that I did. The Klipsch Flexus Core 210 is a soundbar paired with 160w peak 10inch subwoofer powered by Onkyo. This is a 3.1.2 channel sound bar that truly packs a punch and will elevate your audio experience. So, let’s go over the Klipsch Flexus Core 210 soundbar and subwoofer. Setup: The setup process is simple. Setup the soundbar where you want, I placed mine on my tv stand or your also have the option to mount it with the provided wall mounts and templet for easy setup. Inside the packaging you will find a USB transmitter. The transmitter is needed for wireless connection to the sub. Simply plug that in the back of the soundbar, connect the power to the sub and choose your connection. The soundbar can be connected via HDMI (eARC), optical, USB-C and Bluetooth. The connectivity options are extensive, allowing me to effortlessly pair the speaker with various devices, whether it's my smartphone, TV, or gaming console. The Flexus Core has a new app “Klipsch Connect Plus” that is needed for this system. Even though the soundbar can be used without the app, I would highly recommend downloading the application if you want to be able to adjust the equalizer and preset settings, channel levels, and many other options. Sound Quality: The sound quality is simply phenomenal, delivering crisp, clear, and immersive and deep punchy bass audio that fills the room. Don’t let the 10inch sub fool you, that sub will literally shake your floors. Whether you're watching an action-packed movie or listening to your favorite music, the sound is rich and detailed. The frequencies are handled beautifully, with crystal clear details in vocals, instruments and overall providing a truly immersive listening experience. One of the standout features of the Flexus Core 210 is its ability to create a wide soundstage. One of the standout features of the Flexus Core 210 is its ability to create a wide soundstage. The dual 2.25 Dolby Atmos up-firing drivers, deal 4” built-in subwoofers, dual 2.25 mid bass drivers + .75 horn loaded tweeter and dual front firing 2.25 aluminum driver resonate audio all around you, rather than sound just coming from the speakers. Design: The design of the Flexus Core is simply beautiful. The soundbar and sub feature a wood grain finish which is sleek, modern and aesthetically pleasing designed to fit beautifully into any décor. Overall, The Klipsch Flexus Core 210 is fantastic value for the price. It offers impressive sound quality, great design and build and versatility options. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home audio setup.

This is my first opportunity to try a Klipsch soundbar, having tested and purchased from over seven other manufacturers. My most recent experience was with the Sony Bravia Theater 8 soundbar, which was my first encounter with a true Atmos built-in speaker system. While it was impressive, most of my issues with the Sony have been addressed with this Klipsch system. Klipsch soundbar has a large easy to see display with almost all remote adjustments clearly shown with brightness being adjusted to off/low/high using remote. Klipsch remote lights up (very low) with controls for - Soundbar on/off. Switch between movie/music modes. Adjust dialog enhancement between off/low/mid/high. Toggle Night modes between on/off. Adjust Bass up/down (1-6). Surround level cycles through available surround channels (didn’t have rear speakers so no option as bass is separate). Source selects optical input. Bluetooth input (long press to enter synch mode). Play/pause button. Source select for HDMI eARC input. The Klipsch app, while a tad slow to synch, allows for much better sound control. It includes presets for flat, vocal, bass, treble and rock – all customizable using eq with sliding bass, mid and treble adjustments. It also allows manual speaker setup based on room size, etc. Unboxing was easy. I connected the soundbar to the TV using the provided HDMI cable, plugged in the USB Flexus Transport 100, and installed the Klipsch app using the provided QR code. Everything, including the subwoofer, synced easily. I streamed the first episode of Six Triple Eight, which opens with an impressive battle scene that placed me in the middle of the action. My Sony 4k Dolby Atmos Demo Blu-ray DVD sounded as if I was in the middle of a forest with rain/thunder all around, even without rear speakers. Syncing my phone to play music made it feel I was in the middle of a concert, despite no rear speakers. The sound output was more than enough for my needs. The soundbar doesn't break new design ground but features easy-to-understand input/output attachments on the back. It includes: • 1 HDMI eARC output (no external/passthrough video connection). • IR and optical sound (Dolby Digital only) connections. • USB-C connection (unclear function). • Flexus port and pair button. • No analog input. • Sub-out connection to use an existing subwoofer (e.g., my Klipsch SUB-12 650-watt subwoofer connected easily and sounded great). • Included subwoofer also has a sub-in connection for potential use with another system or connection issues. Final Thoughts: The sound is impressive, especially at this price point. The balanced sound and discrete center channel are standout features. Both remote and app sound adjustments allow you to tailor the sound to your liking. • Having a display on the soundbar is nice, though an on-screen option would be appreciated. • Subwoofer manual connections are a great feature. • I do wish it had sport/live sound modes available. • Remote lacks forward/back controls for music from the phone (only play/pause). • No HDMI passthrough or analog input. • No DTS support (not an issue for me). Overall, it ticks off many boxes that the Sony Bravia 8 did not. It's a nice unit that produces very impressive sound, and I recommend it. I'm looking forward to purchasing the Flexus 200 surround speakers when they become available later in the year.

I’ll start by telling you all that this soundbar sounds amazing! The dynamics are closer to an actual movie theater sound system. And trust me when I say I have owned and tried many sound bars from many different brands. And this is the first time I can say this Klipsch flexus system will be used when my wife and kids want to watch a new movie on our main tv. The reasons I love it so much is mainly due to the rich and deep mid range clarity(dialogue) and built in bass drivers even without the sub but together with the sub it’s a powerful pairing once you use the app to automatically adjust the crossover on the soundbar bass drivers. Dialogue is almost perfect imo I do use the dialogue booster setting at medium. It’s helps and doesn’t cause the sound to become overbearing and a bit unnatural (high does this unfortunately). Treble is very good as well not overly sharp or fatiguing on the ears the sound is very well balanced. Clean sound all around, but when I say it sounds like an actual movie theater I mean it. So yes you get simulated surround sound while in movie mode, and you get Dolby atmos and it works well but this set up is missing the rear speakers. You have to buy those separately. You still get enough surround sound effects to be happy but I’m going to be picking up the rears ether way as I am sure this will make it even better. We watched the quiet place and smile 2 and wow you have quiet scenes and then boom you hear the loud parts of the movie and you really feel like you are in a theater, some scenes like jump scares actually scared me and my wife lol we both loved that. It really is amazing how a soundbar of this size and price can accomplish this. The bass is also wall shaking so much so that I have to go negative on the bass and subwoofer EQ. Because at default I will disturb my neighbors and we live in a house lol. Design is very nice industrial feel and just the right size imo. Remote has almost every button you need and it’s small but not too small. Sub box is very nice and I like the old school Klipsch logo that is backlit as well. The app works well and is easy to use once paired via Bluetooth. You can customize the sound to your liking. You can also pair it to 2 subs but I’ll be honest that’s overkill because one is plenty. I’ll be rear and say the price point is actually very fair for the quality and sound even if you end up buying the rear satellite surrounds compared to other brands in this segment. This will compete with any soundbar maker out there. But it isn’t perfect of course, nothing is. This unit does not include Apple AirPlay and while it’s not a deal breaker it’s kinda odd they left that out. But yes I highly recommend. When you buy this set up get it home and test it out you will see what I mean. Just be prepared to get some noise complaints from the neighbors! We love it soo much and I know yall will as well. Go pick one up, you will not regret it!

As far as I recall in my days working at a retail sales associate for an electronics retailer back in the 2000s (not best buy but somewhere else but they’re no longer in business), the Klipsch brand was a brand we always carried for various items mainly home theater type speakers and standalone. It is also regarded as one of the high priced premium brand but you get your moneys worth with premium quality sound. I’ve listened to home theater setups and standalone speakers and they seemed to be the most punchy packed sound with a great balanced deal of bass. And after removing my old previous soundbar and woofer combo and replacing it with this.. I definitely noticed the difference. So this comes as a set of a soundbar and a subwoofer. This soundbar is long! Longer than my other one and I’d want to say it’s because the sound bar has a pair of cone woofers; one on each side of course (then your front drivers and others). And my old soundbar was able to fit in between the tvs legs, this one is wide it won’t fit so I had to scoot the tv back. It’s unfortunate tvs nowadays have a left and right leg, it’s diabolical. Otherwise if you have this tv mounted or have a 3rd party center stand that elevates the tv up a bit, you have no issue there. Though we scooted our TV back it’s not noticeable anyway. As I was setting this up I’d think it would be an easy plug and play. After hookingup the subwoofer and double checking the directions, there is a USB receiver to plug in a designated USB port behind the soundbar that’s already linked for the subwoofer to work; That’s key, and wouldn’t want to lose that (unsure what it was called specifically for this USB a type adapter or receiver). So I fired the sound system up and played some Marvel superhero movies and I am impressed! Very, very great sounding with a lot of bass. I was tinkering with the volumes of the subwoofer; main volume and surround level. It sounds great and from what I recall there were two settings of movie and “tv”, but I have also read that an app can be more tailored for having other sound or equalizer settings as well; specifically for this model is the Klipsch Connect Plus app that will only work. I haven’t had the time yet to set that up but I will do so. Other than that, I’m sure this soundbar and woofer will last quite for many years as I don’t think I’ll replace this with anything else. Klipsch is a great brand period. Also superb packaging which I think is high quality stuff cardboard and foam; well protected and decent instructions which I think looks more like pictures and captions.

I am a audioholic. I own and love theatre and sound bar systems. Also I currently run an nice 11.2 amp with Klipsch reference speakers for my center and front L/R . The rest of my main home theater system uses a combination of Klipsch ceiling and other speakers to fit my room and achieve the desired bass affect. Let's get to the Klipsch Flex Core 200 series with the Flexus 100 sub. Setup was super easy. eARC was plugged into the back of the main bar. Power cord too. The ok only thing that threw me off was that in order to pair the subwoofer to the bar you had to connect the Flexus dongle/transmitter. This was all done using the app after all of the setup and I was in to audio test mode. First and foremost for whatever reason the coding for a lot of the spatial audio ends up causing issues with the dialogue conversations. The amp that can control center channels you have the option to crank the center channel and change the frequency to to better tune for dialogue. Back to the Klipsch Flex Core 200. Klipsch already listened to all a lot of folks who have raised this issue and they took that into account. So dialogue audio is distinct and it is not drowned out with other sounds. Spatial quality of 3.1.2 is great... The speaker drivers give each channel the correct amount of punch for the sound and the synchronized spatial transfer is pretty good. Bass really is strong if you want to crank it up. But you can dial it back pretty easily. Wished it came with rear speakers. It it did it would put it at a 5.1.2 system. Appearance of the bar is nice. Fabric front with the squared off edges gives these the distinct Klipsch appearance. It also comes with wall mounts already. Which is great. 1 less thing to purchase. The remote that it comes with is super easy to use so no complaints. You won't need it if you are running eARC. App was super easy to use. No crashes or lag that I encountered. Ok so the only cons that I have with this system are 1) only 1 HDMI input. So if you want to run anything else besides what you can run from your TV you are out of luck. 2) is the dongle. But the dongle comes with the system and as long as you don't lose it you should be ok. Other than that all good comments from me. Good job Klipsch.

Just bought this on may 25 2025. Read alot about this before i bought it. I knew about the name never heard the quality until i pluged it in. Im very surprised! Easiest plug and play ive ever had to deal with. Bass is exceptional and the the quality is outstanding.the fact you can add more to the system is the biggest surprise with the usb wireless adapter. No speaker wires to deal with. I previously had a onkya reciever and bose surround with speaker wires all over the place. But with this klisph theres none very clean and i get the sound i want. Soon ill get the surround speakers. You cant go wrong with product!

Klipsch didn’t disappoint and I don’t think you will be disappointed either. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve reviewed a few soundbars and audio devices on here. Over the decades before that, I’ve owned many stereo systems and such. During that time, I’ve dealt with Klipsch speakers. In the late 80s and early 90s a good friend had a huge pair of Klipsch speakers, and when he would play Kraftwerk they would shake the pictures off the walls! Well, this isn’t that powerful, but playing music through it sounds better than any other soundbar-sub woofer combo I’ve reviewed. Including a Sony system that costs 3 times more. It’s louder, but that’s all. According to the specs, Onkyo is providing amplification. I’ve owned some Onkyo gear back in the day too. Equally great stuff. I’m not going to requote the already listed specs, just tell ya how it was to set up, how it works, pros & cons, and how it sounds. 😉 Getting the soundbar and sub together saves you fifty dollars over buying them separate. You can also add Klipsch wireless surround speakers for around two hundred and fifty dollars. I plan on watching for them to go on sale at BB and grabbing a pair. Both items were shipped in a well packed but easy to get out of the odd shaped box. Comes with a remote, batteries, HDMI cable, USB wireless dongle to talk to the sub and wall mounting brackets. I set my soundbar in front of my TV and have no plans to mount on the wall. So, that wasn’t used. The remote does have backlit keys that illuminate when you press one, but the backlight is so dim, it might as well not be backlit at all. Setup and pairing the soundbar and sub was simple and easy. You can follow the instructions in the supplied booklet or download the app and follow its instructions, which are the same. I tested the Klipsch on two TVs, an Insignia 55” I reviewed about 4 years ago and a new TCL 55” QM7. No problems with either. I also paired my Samsung S23 ultra and 9th gen iPad to it with a problem. I didn’t try a thumbdrive on it. I like the app, and you can control the system with it as well. It also allows you to change the EQ settings. Both the app and remote allow you to turn on and off, and adjust other setting as well. Like Sub level and night mode. Night mode cuts the bass and boosts dialog, Dialog mode has 3 levels and it boosts mids making voices stand out better. The have Movie and Music modes as well. The large screen on soundbar is very easy to read, and has two brightness levels. Sounds very good for listening to music in Music Mode. However, Mids were slightly louder than listening through your typical stereo. This can be reduced with the EQ setting in the app. A couple of nice touches I like are the rubber wire ties to secure excess power cord and the studs on the back of the sub you can wrap wire around. See photo. Conclusion: It just sounds Good! It’s easy to setup and use. Recommended!!

When it comes to sound, Klipsch is one of my top companies to go to. This 3.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbar is great for my game room. I paired it with a 65" QLED and the results were fantastic! This Best Buy exclusive bundle makes life better as the soundbar is pair with a Flexus Sub 100. In the box is the Bar, Sub, 2x power cables, HMDI cord, remote and batteries, manual and a wall mounting kit. Setup is easy depending if you are setting it on a flat surface or wall mounting it. Kit includes template, brackets and screws if you want to go that route. I opted to set in on my entertainment center in my game room. Use the TVs eARC (ARC) and plug it into the bar and plug in the included USB thumb drive to wirelessly connect the sub. Once I turned it on, everything paired and I was good to go. You can also use a wired sub connection via RCA cable. I also used the Bluetooth option to pair my tablet for just music listening. There is also an optical port in case you have any devices that support it. Another cool thing I like is that if you want in the future, you can add the surround sound speakers. 1st thing I did when I took out the Klipsch for a test drive was gaming. PS5 and Series X both sounded great. Bass and highs were on point. Everything from footsteps to gunshots and explosions sounded clear and crisp. When I was watching movies, I noticed that when people talked, it sounded kind of low. This is fixed with the built in "Dialogue" option. It is defaulted to off, but you can turn it on to low, med or high to enhance the voice volume levels. Another thing I will highly recommend is to download and use the App! It is a total game changer. You can do minor sound adjustments using the remote it comes with but you can unlock a lot more with the app. The biggest being a fully customizable EQ for Bass, Treble and everything in between. You can also substitute the app and use it as a remote as well.

Every TV , no matter the price or brand, has bad audio. There is usually little to no bass and the dialogue in moves and games (sports or video) always leaves you wanting more. For this reason a surround system is a MUST. The only question is do you want to run speaker wires and mess with an AVR, if you don’t then Klipsch Flexus CORE 210 is a great option. Sound: The Flexus CORE 210 has the standard Klipsch sound which is very bright, best way of explaining this is a picture that’s printed on photo paper (bright/colorful) in comparison to normal printer paper (dull). The sound bar is a 3.1.2 setup but it also includes 2 upward firing speakers for spatial audio. --Dialogue : The soundbar does a great job with dialogue without adjusting any settings. The voices come out clear and you can understand the conversation people are having no matter what you’re watching. I did notice that this was much better with Dolby content but that’s a given. One of the best things about the dialogue from the Flexus Core 210 is that even when setting off center I was able to hear everything perfectly. Being able to hear the dialogue from off center was perfect as most living rooms have 2 couch’s and there is no way to make sure everyone is sitting dead center. --Bass: The bass is wonderful on the Flexus Core 210, the 2 bass speakers in the sound bar along with wireless subwoofer do an excellent job producing lows. One of the things that I found very interesting is that you’re able to add another subwoofer (or rear speakers) should you choose to complete your setup. --Spatial audio: This is where the Flexus Core 210 does not do a good job. Although there are up firing speakers they do not work very well at all, I tried it with multiple movies/games and was not able to differentiate the sound at all. This was in my living room which has 17+ foot ceilings, when I moved the soundbar to my room (10 foot height) they worked better but it was nowhere close to actual ceiling speakers. --Music: The Flexus Core 210 is ok for music but it isn’t something special. I felt it did a good job with the lows and mids but was a bit lacking when it came to the highs. This was very surprising as I felt the sound was great in all aspects when watching movies/TV/Video games, im hoping this can be updated with a software update. Besides the sound the Flexus Core has a nice build and is easy to install, all I had to do was plug everything in and it worked. Klipsch also provides you with wall mounts which everyone should do and that was a major plus. The remote was a tad small side but as this is a just to control the sound bar it’s understandable. The app for the Flexus Core 210 is easy to use and understand and lets you adjust the sound to your liking. The Klipsch Connect Plus app does require you to provide it location for it to work correctly so keep that in mind. The Flexus Core 210 connectivity includes HDMI/Bluetooth/Optical and USB C. The Flexus Core 210 does not have any WiFi so you wont be able to use your apps to stream music. Even though the product doesn’t have WiFi it still does offer software updates through the Connect Plus app. There is no menu for sound adjustments through the TV, the only way to adjust your sound preference is through the app or the remote. The App is nicely laid out and allows you to change all settings, I did find it was a bit slow to connect and everytime you went from one menu to another it would have to reconnect. The Flexus CORE 210 is a simple plug and play solution that simply works without any complicated AVR adjustments or having to run any speaker wire. The app is laid out simply and the remote is easy to use, you can also use your TV/streaming devices remote to control the volume which is great. This is a great mid to high tier soundbar for someone that doesn’t want to run wires and it allows you the flexibility to add speakers in the future which very few soundbars do. The Flexus Core 210 is great to improve your sound quality while leaving room for it to grow.

The Klipsch Flexus CORE 210 Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, while being a Best Buy-exclusive model designation, is simply a packaging of Klipsch’s Flexus CORE 200 soundbar with their Flexus SUB 100 wireless subwoofer, so direct comparisons can be made. Once you unpack the product from the cartons, the first thing you notice is the very nice build quality of both the soundbar and the subwoofer. They are a combination of perforated metal speaker grilles, fabric speaker grilles, and a high quality simulated-woodgrain vinyl that covers MDF cabinetry. What first appears to be the speaker cone on the front of the subwoofer cabinet is actually a metal grille shaped to mimic the look of a speaker cone. This is a great idea because it protects a floor-level component that could easily be subjected to accidental damage. On the soundbar, the front firing drivers (five total) are hidden behind a hard grille covered in fabric that encircles the whole soundbar (front, back, and ends), and the four upward-firing drivers are beneath metal grilles that match the subwoofer’s front grille in color and texture. The soundbar is 44 inches long, making it a few inches shorter than a 55 inch television is wide. Proportionally, this makes the CORE 200 look good when paired with TV sizes ranging from 55 inches all the way up to 85 inches. There are L-shaped brackets included to wall-mount the soundbar, and they attach to threaded inserts on the bottom of the soundbar with provided bolts. These brackets then are fastened to the wall, but each bracket contains only one hole and there is no included hardware, nor any real guidance for proper hardware and/or anchors to be used. The CORE 200 weighs over 18 pounds, and the inserts where the brackets attach to it are 27 inches apart. It would have been nice if these mounting points on the soundbar were either 16 inches or 32 inches apart so that the brackets would align with wall studs which are typically 16 inches on-center. A second set of inserts 24 inches apart would be ideal as some residential construction has started using 24 inch on-center spacing for wall studs. A nice touch is that there are labels printed on the bottom of the soundbar showing where the different ports are on the backside. This aids in hooking up the various wires once the soundbar is on its wall mounts and you cannot see the ports on the back of it. The user manual (the included paper one is identical to the one made available on Klipsch’s web site) makes mention of a template to use for wall mounting, but I could not find one either included inside the boxes or printed on any of the packaging. If you are planning on wall-mounting the soundbar, please consider professional installation or consult with someone knowledgeable with proper fastening techniques for your wall material. The included remote control is a simple black plastic affair with soft-touch buttons for most of the controls you will need to operate the soundbar. The remote is not equipped with backlit buttons, but a good number of messages are displayed on the front of the soundbar when you make adjustments either by using the remote or with the app. My last soundbar would display only a couple of different colored lights on the front rather than text and I found that less than satisfying, so this feature alone is a huge benefit for me. The “Klipsch Connect Plus” app for your smart phone does offer quite a bit more functionality to the experience, so you will want to install it. Note that there is also an app called “Klipsch Connect”, but the user guide recommends using the “Plus” app. I did find the app annoying slow to react when returning to its “home” screen, as the icons would become “grayed out” and be non-responsive for about five seconds each time I navigated to a different screen in the app and then back. The volume control on the phone app is depicted as a slider rather than “+” and “-” buttons. I prefer plus and minus controls as it is easier than using a slider to make fine adjustments to the volume. Since I have started seeing more mentions made of this, I will assume many other people have the same or similar issues that I do, and that is with difficulty hearing dialog in a lot of program material. I have diminished hearing and do wear hearing aids, and we use closed captioning most of the time. The Flexus CORE 200 comes with a dialog enhancement feature, accessible both on the remote control and via the phone app, which offers three steps of enhancement (plus “off”) and this feature alone justifies the price, at least for me. The sound quality of any speaker system is different for every user thus making it very subjective in nature. I have experienced other soundbars with a similar feature and one brand that touts this as its primary reason for being, and none have made as big of difference in this area as the Flexus CORE 200 has for me. I can now watch live events such as local news or sporting events with the captioning turned off. The lag time between the dialog being spoken and showing up in the captioning is very annoying during this type of programming and is virtually worthless. I feel I am really not qualified because of my hearing to comment on the execution of Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio by this soundbar, but there are plenty of reviewers on other platforms that have. But don’t short change yourself and get a lesser product by skipping over the dedicated subwoofer, as that too makes a marked difference in the television viewing experience. I know, because I have had systems both with and without a separate subwoofer. When it comes to speaker systems, there is no substitute for number and size of drivers used. A couple of small annoyances aside, I have found this Klipsch Flexus combo to be well worth the cost of admission, and a welcome step up from smaller, lower-priced soundbars in a few different aspects. Klipsch has had a long and storied history in the audio market, and has been paired with Onkyo for their expertise in amplifiers (both brands are now owned by the same parent company) for the Flexus line of product, and their combined synergy shows. I am very impressed and I think most of you will be too. Well done ladies and gents.

From the moment I unboxed the Klipsch Flexus Core 210, the sheer heft and size of both the soundbar and the wireless subwoofer made an immediate impression. These are massive, robust pieces of equipment, and their weight is a testament to the build quality that Klipsch has poured into this setup. You can tell this soundbar means business the moment you lift it. The package comes complete with a 3.1.2 channel soundbar and a high-powered 10" wireless subwoofer, alongside wall mounting brackets (though you'll need to buy additional hardware if you opt for a wall mount, as I did). It also includes a high-speed HDMI cable for TV connectivity and a wireless usb transmitter that connects the subwoofer seamlessly to the soundbar. The setup is pretty straightforward, but I hit a small snag early on when I tried to use my own HDMI cable instead of the included one, I ran into static and feedback issues. Lesson learned, stick with the provided cable or use a very high-quality one to avoid similar hiccups. As mentioned, I went with the wall-mount option for a cleaner look. While the provided brackets work, they feel a bit flimsy given the substantial weight of the soundbar. For now, they’re holding up, but there is a slight tilt to the mounted soundbar, which conveniently, aligns with the tilt of my wall-mounted TV. This may even be by design, though I’m considering reinforcing the brackets down the line just for peace of mind. Once everything was installed and I swapped out the HDMI cable, I powered it on—and WOW. The sound was absolutely phenomenal right out of the box. Although Klipsch offers an accompanying downloadable app for fine-tuning, I found the default settings to be perfect for my taste. The soundbar delivers cinema worthy surround sound with incredibly clear dialogue, rich mid-tones, and a subwoofer that produces earth shaking bass. If you’re a fan of immersive sound for both movies and gaming, you’re in for a treat. And as a bonus, the system handles Bluetooth streaming beautifully, making it great for music as well. The wireless subwoofer is a welcomed and convenient addition. Despite its size, placement is a breeze since you don’t have to worry about running cables, and it does all the heavy lifting with low-end frequencies that are deep, punchy, and resonant. Whether you’re watching a high-action movie or feeling the rumble of explosions in a game, the subwoofer makes everything more impactful. Aesthetically, the Flexus Core 210 strikes a sleek and sophisticated profile, with a design that will blend seamlessly into almost any room decor. Its performance, style, and versatility easily make it the focal point of your home theater or gaming setup. In summary, the Klipsch Flexus Core 210 is a top-tier soundbar system that offers cinema-level sound quality, robust design, and premium build materials. From clear, sharp dialogue to thunderous bass, it’s capable of handling movies, games, and music with ease. If you’re looking to upgrade your entertainment experience to truly professional levels, this soundbar should be high on your list. Highly recommended!

Great Sound & Plays Well with Others

Recently, I have been having problems with my soundbars not working well with my Roku and new Sony Bravia television. I want to be able to control both the television and sound from my Roku remote. For some unknown reason, this seems to work upon initial setup of the soundbar(s) (I have tried a few), but then it just stops working once the soundbar shuts down. This has been very annoying and for the last couple of months, I just disconnected the soundbar and have been using the TV's speakers for sound. My hopes were high when I received the much anticipated Klipsch Flexus Core 210 premium soundbar and sub-woofer combo (Model # 1073105), which consists of Klipsch's huge (44" long x 4.94" high x 3.063" deep) Flexus CORE 200 Soundbar and Klipsch's Flexus SUB 100. After reading through the included booklet, I downloaded the Klipsch Connect Plus Application onto my phone. I followed the directions for setup, and connected the supplied HDMI cable to the soundbar and then to my Sony's HDMI eARC port. I opted to use a premium RCA cable that I had to connect the sub-woofer to the soundbar instead of using the provided Flexus Core Transport wireless Bluetooth USB dongle for the connection. Then I plugged in the power cables for both the soundbar and subwoofer and turned on the units. . Since this soundbar and television are up in our bedroom and we live in a townhouse with a shared wall with our good neighbors, I switched on Night Mode in the Klipsch Connect Plus application. Night Mode reduces the dynamic range with compressed bass for low volume listening. And because we are getting older and our hearing is not as precise as it used to be, especially when a show plays music over the actors speaking, I turned on Dialog Mode and chose the Dialog Medium setting out of the Off, Low, Med and High choices. My Roku already was plugged into a separate HDMI port on the Sony TV and now was the moment of truth. I turned the television on with the Roku Remote. The Sony automatically switched its Sound Mode from the TV Speakers to Audio System. The Roku Remote was immediately able to control the volume through the Klipsch soundbar and now has been doing so without flaws for a week. This is much better than with my other soundbars, which failed within a day or two. As for the sound through these speakers, I can keep the volume low and the sound is clear and dynamic. Dialog is incredibly distinct and music sounds great. It takes great engineering for a soundbar to perform this well at low volume and Klipsch has always been known as a true audiophile's company. I feel that the Klipsch Flexus CORE 210 combo lives up to this reputation. I would definitely suggest this Soundbar / Sub-Woofer combo to my friends and family.

This is my review of the Klipsch Flexus CORE 210 soundbar and subwoofer upon which I rate at 4 out of 5 stars. Out of the box, this product it well packaged. It comes with the following items: soundbar, subwoofer with Bluetooth dongle, remote, HDMI cable, power cables, wall mount brackets and screws, and manual. This is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar with a 10" forward-firing subwoofer allowing control via its remote or the Klipsch Connect Plus app. For my set-up, I am connecting via HDMI eARC to my 85" Sony Bravia 4K VH21 TV. I prefer to utilize a device app at first to access addition functionality over a standard handheld remote. The app connects via Bluetooth, not Wi-Fi, and has a basic 3-step equalizer with base, mid, and treble. There are also 6-presets for a quick selection instead of using a custom setting. There is a 4-step Dialogue Mode yielding off, low, med, and high options. The Night Mode is good for the attenuation of general high peaked volumes across treble and bass sounds. The Input Source button toggles between TV, Bluetooth, Digital, and USB Storage. The key to most of the customization is beneath the More gear icon. I'll just mention a few of the features such as Channel Level volumes, Sound Mode, Subwoofer volume, Display Brightness, and Product Information. The last app icon is the Help where you will find a Quick Start Guide, Product Manual, FAQ, and Support. As for the sound output of this system, I found it to be adequate but not overwhelming. I watch various sports, action movies, and listened to some streaming music connected via Bluetooth from my smartphone. I found a disparity between the sound quality of TV outputs versus music. The TV sound didn't seem to produce the same wide sound field and bass as in the music, no matter what settings I made. I found I needed to have the TV volumes turned up to a higher uncomfortable level to achieve similar sound performance. I may be asking too much for the features of the soundbar, but I just don't get that enveloping, wide dispersed sound and bass punch I was expecting. It's a good system at its price point, but not for audiophiles out there wanting more. I hope you enjoyed reading my review and it helped in your purchasing decision.
