Better than ear buds for Sound Quality.

    Posted .

I bought these headphones because I disliked the sound quality of ear buds. I even had expensive ear buds ($200.00+). The upside is better bass and a better frequency response. The downside is they get to be a bit uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. The main place I use these is on longer flights listening to music or watching movies. Again great sound but after and hour or two I need a break to let my ears "breathe".

    Excellent performance for the price

For the price I don't think you could find a better pair of headphones. Clarity of sound is amazing and the compact design (plus a hard case) are excellent for stowing away after traveling. The integrated controls are nice and work well with all of my Apple products. The mic used for telephone calls is also clear and very beneficial should the need arise to answer a call.

    Close to perfection

I have tried numerous headphones in the past year or so. I initally was going to buy Image ONE last year but wasn't attracted to dual cord. So ended up getting Beats Solo "NEW". Only, problem was that it pressed against your ear so much, just to get a good seal for an ultimate sound, that it was hurting after few hours. Tried MIXR, sounded awesome, but DJ style swivel and adjustment band were too weak. Other Beats felt bass was way overblown and treble too high. It was for younger generations that loves heavy thumping. Then I saw The ONE II. This IS the answer. Single flat cord with upgraded earpad. Design has also been tweaked to made it more "elegant". The sound is unbelievable. Bass, Mids, Treble in unisom, I happened to find this on sale at the local BBY. ($99.99) They had The ONE I still on the shelf but I reached for the II. Pure black box is I and the slimmer black/yellow is II. The picture you are seeing on the webpage is The ONE II.

    Not too bad...

I just returned my Bose QC-15's because after 3 weeks, the power was cutting-out... How odd! I even emailed Bose, with no response. I own many Bose products and have been happy- until now. This has seriously brought doubt to my confidence in their products. (and customer service#. As an option, I decided to try these Klipsch Image One headphones, and am quite surprised at how well they sound #also helps that they were on sale the first week after Thanksgiving for $30 off!!! ) :0) The sound reproduction is nice, and the bass is full, and rich; but not overpowering like the "Dr. Dre's". Only issue: Had to tighten the screw on the LH earcup where it rotates on the headphone frame (it was a little loose, therefore- started rotating past the inside "stops"). Easy/simple fix though. Good phones!

    Excellent sound/quality! doesn't completely cover

    Posted .

Ok just want to say that I love these headphones, style is clean and high quality. Sound is superb, nice bass and crisp highs. The iPod controls are very easy to use. The only thing that (to ME) would be perfect is: if the cup was a little bigger so it would actually cover my ears. I don't have 'big' ears, but compared to the Bose over-the-ear headphones, these are a little smaller. I mean they do cover my ear so you can't see it but some of it is still on my ear. So far after using it for a couple of hours the upper part of my ears started to hurt, probably because the cup is resting on my ear and not around. Maybe I gotta get used to it? BUT i still like these and plan on keeping for a long time, but as well, if it keeps giving me discomfort then i'll trade for something else. OVERALL, these are very well made and for the price its unbeatable. My next set of in-ear headphones will be the Klipsch Image S4. Def try these out! =]

    Nice headphones for travel

These are great sounding headphones, and are compact for traveling but are not very durable for everyday use. the model in the store was completely broken apart so I made this purchase based on the Klipsch reputation. I got them for a steal of a price so I am happy, I also take good care of my stuff, but I would not let my 13 year old sons use them!

    Love these

Love these headphones, I keep a pair at work and at home. I let a coworker try then and he owns a pair now as well, and another aptly described them as Lazy Boys for the ears. Very comfortable with great sound. For work there is not very much noise leakage. I use these with my iPhone and love the controls.

I could have spent $200 to $300 dollars for headphones but didn't need to. I was suprised at the sound quality that this product produced. The background noise reduction was just what I was looking for.

    Amazing headphones!

I've been through a set of Sonys and a set of Sennnheisers in the past week. Both were complete let downs. Granted, these are twice the price, but completely worth it! Nice flat response, plenty of bass, nice detail, and the inline remote is awesome! Very comfortable and lightweight. Ear cups do not get hot like cheaper cans do. The included carry case is also a very nice touch. Better sound than Bose and Beats...just spend the money on them...you'll be glad you did!

    Best Headphones Ive owned

    Posted .

I have bought a lot of headphones over the years looking for a pair with great sound and very comfortable. I listen through my headphones a lot. I have owned Sony, Panasonic, JVC, and Sennheiser headphones in the past. I kept hearing so much about the Beats by Dre headphones that I had to hear them. I went to my local Best Buy and listened to all the headphones they had on display including the Beats, and the new 300 dollar Sony and the new offerings from Bose, but none of them seemed to sound as good as the Image Ones. They went on sale for 100 and I just bought them yesterday and I love them. I have listened to lots of different types of music and television shows through them. Everything sounds great on them. There is just enough bass in these babies. The earpads are a very soft leather and quite comfortable to wear. The only concern I have with these headphones is that the cable seems kind of flimsy. It also doesn't disconnect, so ive been rather cautious to not get them caught on anything. They are definitely worth considering though if sound quality is your number one factor in purchasing headphones!

    HAS ATAILORED SOUND

    Posted .

PUTS OUT EXCELLENT VOLUME BUT EXPECT BOOSTED 250HZ frequencies.. AND CUT 400HZ AND/OR ~750HZ. STILL SOUNDS GREAT. BOOSTED BASS GETS SO LOUD THAT THEY START VIBRATING ON YOUR HEAD. (a good thing) Better than not being able to push them enough. I use it with my iphone 4 mostly and when travelling especially in a noisy environment the ability to get loud pays off big time. Isolation ..above average I'd say. Does not have noise reduction, you don't want that anyway IMO

    Perfect

I believe anyone that is buying most of the Beats head phones should have saved their money and bought these head phones. This company knows audio like the back of their hands. They have been around for a long time know and have always made amazing products. Beats sound great, has great product backing with TV spots, their speakers are being put in a lot of new laptops now, but I tell you this will 100% honesty, Klipsch "beats" them hands down. For a buck 50, you aren't going to get a better set of head phone, the price of these is half what most pay for lessor brands.

Excellent Cans! Sound is clean and even.

Excellent sound reproduction for all kinds of music. These are clean and reproduce the music the way it was meant to sound. No need for the boosted bass, these sound amazing. Cheaper than the 'affiliated' phones that slap a name on them and charge twice as much, but sound just as good. Klipsch has always been a leader in audio.

    Clear Sound Reproduction

The sound is clear and accurate. Good bass response without being muddy or tiring. Cord is flat and manages to stay untangled. Comes with a nice carrying case for travel and a couple of adapters for use while flying or audio components with a 1/4" headphone jack.

    Everything I hoped for

    Posted .

I like to keep things short in to the point... First, let me start by saying.. In there price range these are the best there is... I had a pair of Klispch S4i, they are arguably the best in ear headphones out there. So, I kind of knew going into buying a pair of Klipsch.. That the sound was going to be awesome. And it's just one of those things that it's what I expected, to the lows..mids..highs they sound as good as you can expect from a Klipsch product. The only thing I was unsure of what the structure... Since this is a newer model from the previous Image One. They aren't rugged, you have to be careful when traveling that's why I felt it's great they included a hard case with it... I made sure to look at the warranty for purchasing them and it comes with a 2 year warranty. So, that was good to know. But I definitely recommend these especially if your coming from a S4i, but if not.. Give it a try they will not disappoint..

I had a pair of the Bose on ear headphone. They were petty good, kinda felt a little cheaply made. I had my eyes on the Q15? Headphones. but then I seen these Kllipsch on sale for $99, so I figured why not try them. Best headphones I've owned. Wether they are $99 or $149 you can't go wrong with these. All around great headphones. Don't shop for a name "Bose" shop for quality

    Great sound quality, poor comfort

    Posted .

These headphones are some of the best quality in terms of the sound they produce: great punching/kicking bass; nothing is overwhelming; not muddy; can hear every aspect of music. But they lack in the comfort zone: after 30 minutes - 1 hour of listening, they have to be taken off because they are not comfortable. Most $150 headphones do not have this much of a comfort issue, although most also do not have this level of sound quality. I bought these because I thought the audio quality outweighed the discomfort level, but after wearing them for an hour, I could stand to have them on any longer. Also, they have a deep enough earcup to put your ear inside, but not a big enough circumerence to properly fit the whole ear.

So many new sound effects/details are noticeable when using these headphones. Great for laptop or tablet/iPod. Soft and comfortable fit; easily adjustable. Quality case for traveling. Price is rather reasonable. I would by these again.
