Difficulty connecting

No trouble shooting was available to help with this particular problem that I am still having with it (to late to return it).

I read the reviews before I bought this and wanted to avoid the problems others had written about. I carefully adjusted the 'gain' and 'low pass' controls to avoid distortion while still being able to enjoy the bass. It was a little finicky to find the right balance but worth it in the end.
