I bought 2 of these subwoofers for my home theatre and they work great! I love the front firing woofer, I’ve always had down fired woofers, but these are great for rooms with wood floors.

I did my research I this one, and the reviews are correct. Great sound and easy to use. One cable and two knobs. It produces great sound from my streaming services including Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon TV. All these are streamed threw my Fire TV 4K Ultra into my Denon receiver. I haven’t had to turn the sub woofer up more than half way, so it’s definitely producing enough bass for all my needs.

I just added this to my set up as a second sub and am very happy with the amount of bass this puts out for the price. I might replace my Definitive sub in my other room with one of these!

The bass sound is so nice. Adds to your movie experience!! I’ve purchased about 13 Klipsch speakers for different rooms (theater) (living room) etc... and have never been disappointed!

Klipsch is my favorite home audio brand it’s affordable and also very good quality this bass bumps loud enough for any music or theatre enthusiasts. And the look of the gold speaker in the black cabinet is sleek. The quality is undeniably perfect suits the room nice and not to bulky. The sound is perfect in tone and works well with the system in a medium sized room.

I’ve been using 2 Sony 10 inch subwoofers for a while and have been for the most part happy. I just purchased this subwoofer because I wanted to try it out and WOW... This subwoofer is a beast and out performs my 2 Sonys. I cannot recommend this subwoofer enough. What a difference a quality speaker makes. Crazy as it sounds but I will add a second one later. It literally shakes the house and the sofas.

I managed to grab this over a black Friday / cyber Monday sale period, so it was half off the retail price. At this price point, it was a steal. I'm using this in conjunction with another 12" subwoofer I have, so the two are working great together and it really rounds out the lows in my great room where I have my Atmos setup. It lacks the magnetic mesh that some of the higher end Klipsch speakers have (like my others do) but since I have a kid around, I don't leave the grills off to make the cool copper visible since I just don't think they'd be as ignored by my clumsy kid. If I had the grills off and he could see the shiny speakers directly. And I bet I'd have damage soon after. I like the frequency range these deliver for the low end. Whether we're watching a good movie off the PC, streaming a movie, playing a 4k Bluray, or even just playing music, the lows are consistent and solid. It does well when the content is boomy bass or subtle lows. If you're looking for a great sub, this one should take care of you in just about any situation. And if you get it on sale, then it's even sweeter.

Some reviews mention not enough deep bass? Hugh? Auto on/off. Gain dial. Volume dial. Way better than my 10 inch Sony... especially because we have stone floors. Have it turned about 25% to max and it’s delivering strong and full deep bass. Hearing some sound from Pink Floyd that I’ve never experienced. Trust me this is a real review. Excellent subwoofer and reasonably priced.

I’m glad I caught this on sale for almost 50 percent off, the bass is phenomenal I believe I have my crossover at 80 hertz and it thumps to say the least. I personally am not a bass guy but I am very happy with this purchase makes moves and music really pop, im using a single cable for the lfe or lfi I forget what it is but I have the single subwoofer cable instead of the rca cables u would use back in the day

I purchased a pair of floor speakers and while they were outstanding, I felt I wanted just a little more bass, and I wanted to free up the floor speakers to handle the middle and high frequencies. So I decided to go back and purchase a 200 watt system. However, the 409 watt subwoofer was on sale and I figured I could get a bigger bang for my buck. I could not be happier. A bang is what I got alright. My biggest problem was tuning the bass and bass response, it’s a little too sensitive, but I got it right where I want it. The subwoofer is designed to automatically turn on and off based on the signal it is receiving, or not receiving from the receiver, but mine stays on and I have to manually shut it off or it makes a little humming sound. I think it may be because I have a long wire running all the way around my living room. I know the placement of the subwoofer isn’t terribly important, but I didn’t want it next to my entertainment system due to linear space along that wall, and because it would destroy the aesthetically pleasing symmetry of my system. Though I have considered purchasing a second unit, in which case I could stack the floor speakers on top of the subwoofers, especially if I purchase a second set. Then I could really enjoy my music and offend my neighbors!

Earlier in the year, I purchased Klipsch R620 towers, along with the r-34c center channel, but I decided to just continue using my old Pol Audio PSW10 subwoofer. One day, I noticed that Best Buy had the Klipsch 12" sub on sale for HALF PRICE! I decided to bite the bullet, and I must say, what a HUGE difference in those speakers. It's hard to describe, the Klipsch sub frequency is much lower, so you actually don't "hear" the sub as much as you "feel" it, which wasn't the case with my older sub. Happy with my purchase, and the system is complete.... until I spring for the Atmos speakers, lol!

This subwoofer is more than I expected. Had I known the performance level was going to be this high I might have opted for the 10 inch instead of the twelve. The bass fills the room and actually compliments the rest of my 7.1 surround system. The rest of my sound system is Onkyo but I will definitely be working on moving over to Klipsch. The sound is amazing.
