I replaced an older subwoofer that was underpowered for my current receiver. It has not disappointed me in any way. I picked it up on sale and hooking it up was just a matter of swapping it out with the old one and re-running my speaker tuning program on the receiver. Word of caution, if you have any fragile items on shelves, do a check every now and then or you could find them fallen to the floor. I always do a quick visual inspection of the room to make sure nothing needs pushing back on the shelf before I fire up the next action movie! :-)

Clear yet thunderous bass. I use it in moderation with music so it's not "boomy", but turn it up a bit with the surround sound during movies to give it more impact

I’ve been looking for a sub to replace my old one for quite some time now. Needless to say I am very pleased with the quality of sound that klipsch has to provide.

I have to admit this is a really good sub it proceeded my expectations and then some . This is a really good addition to any home sound system. I already had one 8 inch sub but this sub really brought out the lows in all of my listening needs whether it was movies or music it gets the thumbs up from me.

It seems the woofer has to be broken in a bit to get the full sound it’s capable of..

Replacing a dead, old, 10" klipsch sub. Very good sounding sub that will shake anyone's house, installed with sets of gallery speakers.

Replaced a 12" Polk Audio sub of similar price. This definitely has bigger base. Maybe too much cause it rattles the house like an earth quake!

Absolutely love this 12” Klimpsch sub. Sounds awesome, adjustable, and makes both movies and music much more enjoyable.

The speaker works well, contributing superior sound to the existing 5 speaker TV sound system. I docked the review by one star as I cannot get the "automatic" mode to work consistently (speaker has an "on," "off", "auto" switch). Consequently, I leave the speaker in the "on" position all the time.

Would definitely recommend this sub. Just know that you will need to buy the subwoofer connection to your receiver due to one not included in the box.

I upgraded from a cheaper polk subwoofer and instantly fell in love! Made all my old movies I loved even better! Great choice and it doesn’t break the bank!!

this is an awesome sub woofer. it replace an old kenwood i had for years. i have to turn it down because it rumbles and shakes the walls lol

Bought this speaker on black Friday, my first experience with Klipsch, but won't be my last. Great sound for the money, and looks cool with the cover off too.
