For their size, these speakers will surprise you! I hooked them up as rear surround speakers, and they ROCK!

Wow this guys deliver great clear sounds. Am happy i took the advantage of special price and gifted myself with these. Please note; mines came without the keyhole use for hanging on the walls, so if hanging speakers on the wall is your thing then you may consider buy kit that can hang them. This wasn’t a big issue for me anyway but i plan to buy stands for them in the near future. But overall i love it!

Klipsch r51m speakers is the best speakers I ever had.

I was very pleased with the accuracy of these speakers. Surprisingly a great amount of midbass. Efficient and loud with low distortion.

over the course of several years I have heard tons of different bookshelf speakers. I would say that probably most people's home theater systems are built with bookshelf speakers. they give you the flexibility of placement that floorstanding speakers cannot and give you as good or sometimes better quality than some floorstanders. most of the bookshelfs I have had in the past have typically been 4.5 inch woofer bookshelfs. So usually on the smaller size. So when I received these I was a bit worried they would be too big as these were 5.25 woofers. I was pleasantly surpised at how compact the speakers were and how good they look. They also sound awesome, and I they sound great as left and right speakers. I use them as surrounds in my system but if someone wanted them for their fronts they would work great for that. If you are looking for some great bookshelf speakers for a home theater or to listen to music you cant go wrong with these.

I decided to buy these even when I could not select the R-51Ms independently on the display in my local Bestbuy. I got them home, hooked them up, and was blown away. I did get the 10" R-100 sub-woofer to round out the sound, but even by themselves, the R-51Ms have an incredible dynamic range and can keep pace with very heavy music and bass lines without distorting. For $217.00, I'm hard-pressed to find any other bookshelf speaker that will stand up to this superb example of modern audio craftsmanship. Good job, Klipsch!

I purchased a pair of Klipsch speakers about a year ago to replace my Onkyo HTIB speakers. I kept the onkyo surrounds and center and am slowly replacing each as money permits. These are a nice update to the originals I purchased so I moved the original Klipsch speakers to the rear and mounted these in the front. I still need to replace the Onkyo HITB center and the Onkyo HITB sub. I very much look forward to having a full compliment of Klipsch speakers! The sound is strong and clean from these speakers and they reproduce a remarkably full range for a 2-way bookshelf speaker! Perfectly sized for my condo living room and could easily fill a much larger room with sound. These look good both with and without the included speaker grills, the copper spun woofers are actually very striking. Highly recommended considering these reasonably priced speakers that easily sound a step or two above their price point.

The Klipsch R51M speakers are part of the Reference II speaker collection. They make for perfect side surround sound speakers in a 5.1 or 7.1 channel surround sound system. They look great with their black wood case and copper Klipsch nameplate. They sound crisp, clear and have plenty of loudness. I highly recommend the entire Reference II speaker collection.

Love these speakers! I have them connected to a Sonos Amp and they sound crisp and clear with everything (vinyl, CDs, streaming music and watching TV). Even the bass sounds decent. I was hope to buy the amp to get the 2.1 sound but these sound quite good even without an amp. Great to have the ability to listen to music in true stereo vs. listening on a soundbar or Bluetooth speaker. Love the look of these speakers as well. For the price, it’s a great value!
