Great game for getting in a workout at home. Helps you learn a little self-defense too!

Great fitness workout. I really love this game. So fun

If you want a great workout, pick this one up. Similar to Fitness Boxing when it comes to the punching and being in rhythm, you get knee lifts, blocking, kickboxing and other martial arts motions. The music isn't licensed but it is upbeat and gets you going and the trainers give good direction. If you don't know how to do an exercise, you can click on to see a visual example. The better you do in a workout ears you "crowns" and by earning them you unlock other trainers and exercise workouts. You can do a daily work out which are about 10 minutes or do separate 3 minute (a few minutes longer) workouts which can focus on a particular martial arts, punching or just a fast workout. The only issues I found is that sometimes, (but rarely) a joy con would not register but for 99% of the time, a punch, block, elbow or even moving the arm with a kick (that is how it is registered) worked. Also, unlike Fitness Boxing, you cannot customize the trainers and do not get an incentive of new clothes or accessories. The incentive is either unlocking new trainers or new workouts. Overall, I think for the price it is a great pick up with a great workout.

Just like going to the gym, but more fun and convenient. And no need to change into gym clothes or smell the sweat of others working out nearby. What isn't to like here?

Shipping was super fast...this "game" was a way to get a little more active without the use of weights. I am pleasantly surprised by how well it does the trick! Pretty satisfied with the purchase and think that anyone who is looking for a quick workout in their living room would be too!

The game has potential, but is also quite lacking when compared to similar games. While I like the fact that it includes multiple 'fighting' styles and incorporates lower body exercises (ie kicks) I've found the Fitness Boxing series to be superior in both pacing as well as instructing users in how to perform the various maneuvers, whereas this game just throws the exercises at you without any true instruction in form.

This game is overall fun and a good workout. It keeps me more engaged and interested than Fitness Boxing for switch. The cons are that they don’t really teach you any of the moves, however these can be figured out on your own.

Haven’t played it yet but it’s definitely what my daughter likes to do be healthy and she mentioned this one for the last 2 months.

I enjoy this! It’s a fun little fitness game that gives me something different than Just Dance. Gives you more options with every time you play and gets more challenging.

Not to bad of a work out. I wish you could workout with a friend. It's only 1 player . But fun overall.
