It’s a fun game, it’s incentive to get active and keep with a routine. Simple navigation, unlock bonuses and new content the more you use it

This game tries hard to be fitness boxing and just dance at the same time. All while forgetting what made those games awesome. It's not a terrible game, it's just not great. There are many better fitness experiences out there. If you are looking to box then I would would recommend purchasing either fitness boxing or fitness boxing two. If you are looking to dance, then I would recommend any of the just dance games. I would pass on this one.

I like this workout. I’m a beginner and I sweat after 10 minutes which means it’s working.

I love the fact that it’s all martial arts inspired exercises. I’ve started off with the 15 minute routine during my lunch hour and it’s been kicking my butt. * For some reason it displays Poor rating but this is not the case.
