Cant imagine now owning this ever again. Now I dont feel like I have to constantly pick up dog hair. This works great, better than I expected.

Not a good product. Had to replace it after a month from the manufacturer. Got the replacement and it broke after another month.

I haven’t used it yet but I’m excited to. I have the shark one and this will be great to use in my kitchen to mop!

I bought this as a gift for an event with work and the winner absolutely loves this product! Time saver!

First couple uses worked great after that it stopped charging and working

The path that it vacuums is not that wide. The container for the dirt it vacuums up in not very big and have to empty very offten.

Great entry level robovac. I bought as a gift and they love it.

It does an awful job of picking up dust. I do not recommend this product. I repeat don't waste your money.

It doesn't work! That is a lot of money to not work. It was a gift on top of that. So disappointed!

Even on sale, it’s not worth buying. It never worked

This vacuum does the job it says it will do, but it is not a smart vacuum. Unlike more expensive models, this model only knows where to go by slamming into your walls, woodwork and furniture. For me, my woodwork is very low, and the device on the front of the vacuum does not usually register it has hit the woodwork and thus keeps trying to drive itself into the wall for a good 30-60 seconds before it realizes it needs to back up. It is somewhat frustrating. It also isn't quiet when it slams itself into the walls either. On the positive side, it does really clean about 90% of what is on the floor effectively. It collects well in the little container and cleaning and emptying the container is pretty simple. This is just a basic model, and I think I will soon start to look for a model from possibly Neato that uses laser vision to map out the room so it doesn't go slamming itself into the walls. Overall, this vacuum isn't terrible, but I think I am ready to upgrade. Good starter vacuum if you have woodwork that is at least 3" high.

This is the first robotic vacuum that I purchased and I'm quite happy with it. It works really well on our big area of short fiber carpeted basement floor and it picks up dirt, dog hair and small garbage. The less stuff on the floor, the better it cleans so I pick up clothes, power cord, toys from the floor first. It runs well under the table, chair and sofa and also easy to empty the filter bin. Overall, great product with great price.

Device has malfunctioned twice in 4 months. I love the device, but the quality is poor. I will never buy another device from this company again, but I will buy another robot vacuum just not from KOBOT. Had to cut my loses because Best Buy would not let me return item and KOBOT has not been able to provide a reason for failure leading me to believe there is a defect in design. Device turns on and just stops for no reason. KOBOT has acknowledged a problem but just sends a replacement that eventually does the same thing. Now guess what happens after the warranty period? Right, now I'm stuck with a device that doesn't work after only a year. Wasted my money!!!!! Thanks KOBOT!!!! Never Again.

Press the double clean button once and it goes to work twice! Hard to beat that. After using it for a few weeks I can say that the floors look as good as they did when I vacuumed them the old fashioned way. This is a lot easier.

This machine looks like a space ship. It doesn’t fly but does magic job. It is easy to assemble and ready to go. After a while, with its strong sucking power and side brushes, you can check how much dust it has picked up. Usually, it is hard to clean the area under the bed and large furniture. But with its slim design, you don’t have to worry the dust in these areas anymore. The sensors are working great too, it can detect the stairway and won’t fall from the upstairs. This space ship brings you the friendship now.

Makes a lot of noise. VAcuums up almost nothing. I have a dog that sheds a lot of short fur. This unit will push it around, may deposit what it has pushed around when it goes from hardwood floor to carpet, but does not accumulate any significant amount of anything in the canister. EXtremely disappointed. Does not perform as intended.

I bought this for my daughter who is so busy so needed help with the household duties, she tells me weekly that she loves her helper help her keep up with the floors having animals in the house. Thank you for helping me help her.

Do not waste your money on this product. It constantly gives error codes and shuts down after running for 30seconds. Of course this was a gift and don't have the receipt. Save your money!
