    Best Camera I've ever had

    Posted .

I have had this camera for a month, and I am completely pleased with it. I go through cameras like that, because after I drop cameras they usually don't work. This one has been through alot: including the washing machine. It still seems to work, but after I put it in the washing machine I ruined the screen. This camera takes fabulous pictures, and is the best camera I have ever come upon.

    Great Buy

I bought the camera and was immediately impressed with large 3" LCD screen. It helps that its a touch-screen LCD. Its good the camera is black because that makes it look professional. Otherwise, it looks like a disposable camera. Con: The HD video can only be played smoothly on a TV. Your computer won't play it right. The camera still shakes easily and you can't zoom in small text in a book.

    Best Touch Screen Camera Around!

    Posted .

After having 2 HP digital cameras die on me, I purchased this camera in Dec 2008 to be used for family use- holidays, vacations, etc. I knew I wanted to buy a touch screen camera and was seriously considering the Nikon or Sony. When I came across the Kodak for $100+ less, I immediately picked it up and began going thru the menu. When I realized how easy it is to use, the quality of the colors on the screen and the touch sensitivity of the screen, I had to have it. I love the fact that I dont have to buy lithium batteries for it- which can be a major expense in itself. It comes with a drawstring carry bag which fits nicely into a purse and it is relatively slim- not big and bulky. I do wish it came in other colors besides black, but I can live with that. The touch screen is sensitive and it responds with just a touch of the finger. I love this camera!!

    Great low light camera!

I own what is supposed to be the low light king - the fuji f20. I bought this and it really holds its own against it and is considerably cheaper. Nice build quality and I really like the touch screen. Go to findbesttech.com for a write up on all the good low light pocket cameras.

    Better than my Cannon XSI

    Posted .

This camera takes better pictures than my Cannon XSI, and it's faster! Burst mode is 5FPS my Cannon can only do 3.5FPS, plus think about it, I have more options with this camera, Black and White, Panorama, all kinds of options plus better low light! A better computer so to speak, now if they can make an DSLR like with all of teh features that would be great, I am afraid DSLR will be gone in a few years..PLUS!! I forgot to mention o one mentioned the HD video!!! WOW!!!

Not a good buy, picture quality is not good

    Posted .

I brought this camera two months ago strickly for the touch screen. Everything went well into I got my first set of pictures developed a week later, 45 out of 50 pictures came out very grainy as if they were taken in a fog, dispite the smart camera (when the camera adjusts itself) being on. The pictures just were of a poor quality. The first, second, third and forth time I got the picture developed all at different stores. When ever I went to take a picture outside you can barely see the screen, it's very light and even shielding the screen with your hand you can barely see the screen. I am in my early 20's so I know it's not my eye sight. lol. The touch screen feature is great, reviewing the pictures is very easy and it has a lot of cool option like a tag section where you type out the tags on the screen. But overall even though the camera was not a lot of money, I would have rather went with some thing with else. Also the camera cuts off very often even when it's fully charged and the screen freezes and you have to cut the camera off for a few seconds. So much so that I have put my camera away and used a camera's friend because mine's wouldn't work correctly. I am in the process of seeing if I can trade my camera in for another model.

    Worst Camera Ever

    Posted .

I had the camera for 3 months before it died. I bought this camera as a secondary camera to my big Nikon D70 as it is much easier to tote around on a daily basis. I loved the small size and that it had a good sized touch screen. At first the picture quality wasn't bad, most of them came out pretty sharp. After a month or so, the picture quality dropped - most of the pictures came out very fuzzy so i stopped using it. A couple of weeks ago I charged it up and attempted to turn it on. It would turn on and then a second later it would turn off. At first i thought it was the battery, until i bought a new battery - same problem. I would not recommend this camera
