    Unpacked the phone, plugged in the charger and the battery was at 50% and never went higher. Tried another outlet with same result. Immediately returned phone to Best Buy and they promptly refunded my credit card. 1 star for the phone & 5 stars to Best Buy for the prompt credit back to my charge card!
