It does the job as well as can be expected. I have only used it for 35mm slides so far

Once you open this box up and look at the contents, you’ll understand where I’m coming from. It feels like a cheap toy, not an item that cost $170. The slider placers are difficult to open and close, and when you have a bunch of slides, this just slows you down. Also didn’t know there was a 15 day return window, so now I’m stuck with this piece of junk. (I had a car accident the day before I received the shipment, so I didn’t open the box until 3 days ago. Tried to ask for a refund, and was told there was no way they could accept the return, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for many MANY years.)
The entire experience was a disappointment from start to finish.

Bought as present for my mother. She was excited at first, but it ended up not being what she was looking for. A lot of work for low quality images. Unfortunately had to return.

You have to go through the slides and negatives individually and that is time consuming.

Works mostly as advertised. Yes, easy to use. Sometimes does not record in focus a slide which viewed as good in focus on screen.

Biggest waste of money! It does nothing. I have followed ALL the instructions, watched every tutorial, read the manual, and it still won't develop any of my 35mm film. I've never encountered such an overpriced, useless, COMPLICATED waste of time.

this item has a BIG design flaw. Although it says you can connect to a computer, it need a special sandisk which I cannot seem to find anywhere. Kodak support says reformat the disk that I have, which I have done 2 times and it still won't read it.

This purchase actually deserves ZERO stars. I bought this unit and an SD card. After setting up the unit I tried to capture my first photo. The unit claimed my card was locked. However, after testing my card in several devices (transferring, saving, reading, and deleting) I tried the card again in the scanza. I received the same error. I tried multiple things multiple times and each time it said my card was locked. We called customer service and they told us to get a new card (even though the card worked elsewhere). I could not be more disappointed. I have already processed the return for this item.
