Best Buy used to let you buy gift cards with rewards but no longer. So there won’t be anymore purchases of this kind

Do not purchase physical gift cards from Best Buy. Every time I purchase one, there is an issue ($0 balance) and it is almost impossible to get a resolution from customer service. I purchased one 2 weeks ago and still has not been resolved.

Gift card doesn’t work or exist in Kohl’s system. Very poor support from Best Buy as they don’t answer or you get disconnected. Chat feature says to call the number they aren’t manning. Very frustrating and embarrassing as I ordered over 130.00 in gift cards from Best Buy.

I bought this for a friend for a gift so she could buy what she liked

We used to be able to buy gift cards with our reward cash and they no longer allow it. I won’t be buying for other stores there anymore.

None of these have the money on them these are gifts for teacher appreciation week
