Bought the unit and had to exchange it within the third day of use. Less than 6 months into use I had to ship it off for service due to the espresso side not working. It took 8 weeks to get the unit back. I have had the unit back for less than 2 months now and the espresso side quit working yet again. Krups will not replace the unit. They are forcing me to pay again for packing material to ship the unit for service. I will be another 8 weeks without a unit. Krups does not care no r are they willing to make this issue right. Please do not waste your money on this unit. Be careful with Krups services as they are not very friendly.
