The coffee tasted wonderful! On the down side it took 20-30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee sputtering and noisy the whole time during the brew cycle as is usual for a maker due for a cleaning, but this was brand new. I did like the feature to adjust time to keep coffee hot...up to 4 hours. To adjust the temp was also a feature but it seemed no matter what temp I used it was always HOT. Don't get me wrong I love hot coffee but to have a feature that doesn't seem to work properly is a negative for me. I used the maker for at least 10 days and decided if I kept it I would be settling for something I wasn't completely satisfied with. I returned it and chose something else.

I've enjoyed this brand for some time. There is less dribble on this unit than previous one, I like that I can set it to keep warm for 4 hours (though older went to 5 hours). I am disappointed that the coffee is not as hot set to H as I would like, but it is far better than other brands I've had.

Great coffee maker. It is loaded with features that are user adjustable. Such as the temperature of the warming plate, and the length of time the warming plate stays on. Brews a nice Hot cup of coffee which I prefer.

I wanted a coffee maker for 4 cups daily and 12 cups when I need it. I also like that the shut off can give a longer time period than most. I have had one Krups machine that has lasted more than 20 years and still works fine so I like the brand.

This machine is the second one, the other lasted about 5 years of nearly brewing coffee everyday without issues, finally the burner began to ware ao we went after another same model Krups

It's a great coffee maker if not in a hurry i guess. Ungodly slow to brew a whole pot. Thousands of people died while i wait for a cup of coffee.
