I have had one of these for years. I bought this one as a gift. Once you have made your dough you run it through the roller, decreasing the size until you have what you want. Then you can use the flat dough for lasagna or ravioli, or you can run it through the spaghetti or fettuccine cutter. The pasta cooks up in minutes and is delicious. You can also freeze or dry it for later use.

Been wanting for so long! Pricey but well worth investment. Hard to find item during Covid. First run was unsuccessful but once dough recipe worked out worked beautiful. Fun to make dinner with spouse. Made spaghetti and ramen and plan on pierogies in near future!

This attachment makes pasta making a breeze. The first time I was not ready for how fast the dough would go through the roller but soon I adapted and cranked out several pasta meals. I will never go back to store bought.

I am so glad I purchased this, fresh pasta is WAY better than store bought.

Somehow manufacturer can't afford to have everything rust-resistant. Also, they say "do not immerse" - funny to say it about the kitchen appliance that is in direct contact with the food. Rust and other elements appear shortly after the return period ends with very moderate use (once in 1-2 weeks).

This makes it so easy to make homemade pasta. I like the fettucine attachment better than the spaghetti one as it's a little thicker and easier to manage. Very sturdy and well built--as are all KitchenAid products

This was a great purchase after our old hand – cranked version died on us while we were trying to make dinner one night. We love to make pasta at home because it tastes so much better than the dried, boxed pasta that you get at the store. This attachment makes the entire process so much easier, quicker, and more enjoyable. Yes it is expensive, but it is solidly built and worth the money.

Made a couple of pastas so far with these rollers. We made ramen and spaghetti noodles. It worked perfectly and is easy to use. They are very heavy and seem to be well made. If you like homemade pasta this is a must buy.

I've been wanting to buy the KitchenAid pasta roller/cutter attachment, but the dilemma was would I use it enough to make it a value purchase. I can confidently say after just my first use the answer is yes. The KitchenAid mixer and pasta attachment made making fresh homemade fettuccine noodles so easy I can't imagine why I would ever buy off the shelf pasta.

KitchedAid attachments are always of superior quality and there's nothing like going into a store and seeing the product in person.

Bought this to make pasta, obviously.. Had it for a little less than a month and have used it well over a dozen times, havent had any issues. I havent made homemade pasta noodles before purchasing this, and can say it has been relatively easy. The rollers are well built and seem of quality... If you have a kitchen aid and make or are contemplating making home made noodles, i would consider buying this

This set of 3 attachment is probably all you will need to easily make great fresh pasta! The are easy to install and change. The worst problem would be if your dough was too sticky and it clogged up the rollers since you should not wash them. A brush is provided for dry cleanup. I wish the box they are sold in was a bit more sturdy so it could be used for storage. As sold the box is not too friendly to unpack and repack, and since each assembly is so heavy I doubt it will hold up very long.

My blue eyed Angel wife loves the pasta making attachments. Easy to use and a healthier option to store bought pasta. Fresh pasta was easy to make, cooks quickly and tastes so much better. The attachments are durable and well made.
