I bought the pasta attachment for my wife's birthday and have benefitted from wonderful dinners. High quality components and I was shocked how heavy the set is. She has used the attachment multiple times for pasta and for flat pizza dough. Not dishwasher safe so cleaning can be tricky if dough gets sticky.

This attachment is simply the most elaborate that Kitchen aid has. It bolts right on and you are making pasta right away. It does it’s job so well that we no longer buy pasta from the store. Easy to install and easy to clean! A must for any Kitchen Aid owner!

I've been on the fence about buying this for a while now and I don't know why I waited so long to buy this! Fresh pasta is so easy to make with this roller set and it is so delicious! I would use Semolina flour or a mixture of semolina and all purpose flour.

The KitchenAid Pasta kit is a must have accesory if you enjoy home made pasta - the quality of the product is excelent and in combination with the stand mixer makes it very simple to make a mix it stretch it and cut it.

This is the best purchase for my kitchen I've made in years. The pasta is great and super easy to make. I've gotten to the point where I cannot eat store-bought pasta anymore and I enjoy using my creativity to make new pastas and raviolis at home. SO worth the cost!

I used a manual pasta maker to make fresh pasta for over 15 years. This attachment set make the pasta making easy and fun. I can make a big batch and freeze it in the freezer for later use. It's fresh and taste so much better than the pasta bought from stores. Great product.

I love it. I've used it a few times before and will continue to use it when I want homemade pasta. It's not hard to use. Just remember to read the directions first. After a few times, you can really do it quick.

Works like a charm. These are replacing items lost in a move, but they work equally well. Just make sure to follow the instructions on how to clean them after using them.

Best for people with hand problems. If you had a manual machine, this is the best solution for homemade pasta. My hands hurt using the old machine, this gives the same quality with no effort

Works as expected. Easily to manage and setup compared to the manual crank pasta maker. Wife and kid loved making pasta last time around!

It is very nicely build. It was made with good material, not cheap plastic. The finish is excellent. It looks very strong and tough, could last life time. But I eventually returned it because it was too heavy for me to handle.
