    Does a great job of rolling out sheets of pasta. Used it to make some ravioli and they were great. The sheets rolled out to the perfect thickness. This is a must for anyone with a Kitchenaid stand mixer.

    This is the second set that I have owned. I lost the first set during a move. The quality has not changed and they will outlast your mixer. If you like fresh pasta then this is a must have.

    You might say I can buy pasta at the grocery store (true) but the ability to make it fresh with different ingredients added is a treat. I ordered it online and picked it up at a store about 30 minutes away that next weekend. Painless process!
