Great product

Excellent roller for making ramen

I usually do around 37-40% hydration noodles and this can handle those pretty well. I use 6 or 7 thickness rolled dough and the spaghetti noodles cutter to make the noodles and they turn out great.

Works great if you use Semolina flour

Kitchen Aid Pasta roller and cutter set

I worried it may attract certain insects to them, so decided it wasn't for our family.
