It's a great thing to do with my daughter who is starting to take on cooking and is great at making alfredo sauce. The homemade noodles are 1000 times better than store bought and so easy and cheap to make.

The material seems durable, but I've only been using for a month. I have made several pasta dishes. At first I didn't like that it couldn't be cleaned in water, but I've found ways to get it clean after every use. It's been a fun attachment for my kitchen aid. As a perfectionist, I can't imagine trying to evenly roll out the pasta to a perfect thickness every time. Hats off to all the nonnas who have been doing this by hand for centuries. That is love.

I look forward to some additional attachments for more pasta creations. Oh and actually easier to use then I had anticipated
