Does the hard work for you

Very easy to use. My only complaint is that cleaning the attachments is involved, but it is worth it for the quality of pasta you can make with it.

Good Pasta Making Kit

Seems like they'll last for years though. Very good design.

They are quite sturdy and with thorough brushing and cleaning can last you a long time! well worth the investment and truly recommend if you enjoy fresh pasta! I've only invested in this and the shredding tool for KitchenAid, truly worth the price at BestBuy.
