A million times easier than using a rolling pin.

I would recommend taking a class on how to make pasta in case yours start to stick to the rolls. Fantastic and makes the process easy instead of rolling it. will recommend, 10/10 alfredos.

How have I lived without it?

Not only was it delicious, and borderline fun to make, this thing is perfect! Easy to use, easy to clean, works like a dream.
