The comedy in this film is definately an aquired taste. I found this movie to be hilarious the first time I saw it, but after that it slowly became less funny. My girlfriend on the other hand, thought it was possibly the stupidest movie she's ever seen. The story focuses on "the chosen one" who escaped from being murdered as a baby, then grew up to find revenge on the person who tried to kill him. Why is he "the chosen one"? Because he has tonguey. Don't ask....So in this film you have aliens, a villain named Betty, a kung foo cow, a woman with one breast, and a man who's sole purpose in the movie is to follow around the villain and put on music when he fights. It's worth a view, but you might want to see it first to decide whether or not it's something you'll find good enough to own.

If you'd like a couple hours of ridiculous humor, look no further than Kung Pow! Of course it has poorly dubbed footage - that's what makes this worth watching. If anyone you watch it with refuses to find even a tiny bit of humor in this ... DUMP them as a friend! They take life far too seriously! Stupid - yes - fun - you bet

If you like crazy, over-the-top comedy and/or Kung Fu, this movie may just interest you. Featuring much dubbed footage (audio and video) from an old Kung-Fu-style movie, Kung Pow is foolish but entertaining humor.

If you are into the action movies then this is not the movie to buy. this movie is all about laughs. it is funny but dumb. some parts you will laugh and be like what did that weirdo just do. buy with cation.

If you are looking for a movie that will make you laugh that consist of nothing more than ridicolous dubbing, look no further. This movie is out there, very funny but makes absolutly no sense.
