The best deep tissue messaging chair I've ever wanted. All functions starting from Renew, Stretch, Eecovery and th we rest are just super satisfying. The difference is for real with a re-energized strength. Thanks to Best Buy for this special equipment.

the massage chair is pretty alright BUT, I bought this as a gift and... 1) Assembling the chair is not a convenient process and can be confusing 2) the massage controls are not clear and not easy to work with. still can be enjoyed but would look for one that easier to work with

We've had this chair for about 3 weeks now. There isn't a setting that we don't enjoy. My wife, daughter, son-in-law and myself are in it on a daily basis. I bought it as a deal of the day for $2,000. We all really enjoy it.

This massage chair would be amazing if it worked. Since having it delivered in April, we have had two parts sent to us and two service appointments for repair. Three days after the second service, the chair stopped again. We are now into our fourth week waiting for parts as they are on backorder. In the limited time we have used the chair it has been great. It hits all the points from neck to feet (a little weak on the legs) and did what we expected from a good massage chair. Its just that we have had such limited use due to quality control. I hope this is fixed for good soon, but be cautious if you're considering this item.

After multiful delays, i finally got the chair. Now, going into the chair is my daily routine after a long day from work

The chair is very nice and comfortable. Easy to install with instruction. Feeling very good and relax when I use it after tired day. Recommend to people to buy this.

I was not satisfied because 2 out of 3 boxes arrived late. It was difficult to assemble by myself, but I am satisfied with using it.

Chair worked great but not exaclty what I was wanting. Its rough in areas where you couldnt adjust even on lowest setting made the chair uncomfortable. Even after multiple attempts at trying to figure it out it still led us to returning the item. If you can try in store before buying would be best if possible.

The Geek Squad set it up and it works great. Wish I could control the settings better

Got this massage chair on sale. It was difficult to put together so we had to call the manufacturer to have a tech come out. But once put together we like it very much.

Took a few hours for us to put it together, I wish that they have installation provided. Dont really come with instructions how to use it and cant customize what u want or set the time longer than the fixed time of 15 mins. Massage strength between left and right are not equal.

"great deal" wasnt so great. Took monthssssssss to get it and it came 3 boxes, the one on the bottom specifically said "do not stack other massage chair boxes here", and all of them were stacked right on that area. Ripped and damaged, so I returned. Original amt refunded in 2 days, but they need my 219.99 for shipping for another billing cycle?? maybe need the interest?
