Good quality, meets expectations of comfort and a good massage experience

Two chairs same problem. Factory is clueless how to service it's own chair. Had motherboard replaced and sensor on second viditt. Chair fort worse. Got BB to replace it. Took 4 people to carry chair off, once chair became dead, there was no way to take it apart to carry out. Worst paper weight outta there. It would have been a great massage chair if it would work.

I've had better masssages from a chair but this one is decent. Iam barely 5 ft and it adjusts to give me a relaxing massage. The hip bags don't inflate wide enough for me. A very large person may not fit, especially anyone who wears over 2xl clothes. Sometimes it hits my shoulder blades too hard so i put a blanket there and it is fine now. Feet and leg massage could be harder but that's a small complaint. Zero g is great. Stretch function really loosens muscles. I am still learning how to select manually functions and mostly use auto functions. I do wish the remote was easier to navigate. Selecting a harder intensity doesn't seem to make a difference. Definitely need at least 2 people for set up. It is very heavy and almost impossible to move by yourself after assembly. Most difficult thing about the set up is that the video link is for the 800 model which is out of order for this chair. Make sure you follow the paper steps. I wish best buy gave an assembly option since you already have to pay for delivery. Best buy also delayed my delivery because it was backordered on my delivery date. It took a month almost 2 months for delivery.

You get what you pay for, and this chair is no exception. Definitely higher priced (Deal of day makes affordable) and that is due to its superior quality. There are other brands selling for around the 2k price range that are lousy, so seeing this at a lower price point is a no brainer. Enjoy!

Great chair but for the price I was expecting it to do your neck and shoulders. The roller is pretty intense too, even on the lowest setting it is too much. The airbag only setting is pretty nice and I like that it has warming for the roller and your feet. We got lucky and picked it up on sale. If I paid the full $8000, I probably would have returned it.

It was kind of hard to put it together at first but after it was all done I use it everyday from the work stress.

Bought this chair as my uncle had the same one. one of the best foot and arm massages i have ever felt in a massage chair. This chair give a great deep tissue massage!
