ElKizuna M688 Massage Chair is more than I imagined it to be!! This was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. With over 15 different settings, a USB Charhibg port, heating and cooling capabilities this is a life saver. I suffer from chronic back, neck and shoulder issues and have paid thousands of dollars seeing chiropractors and massage therapists with minimal relief. After reading reviews, I caught this AMAZING massage chair on sale for an Awesone price and have fell asleep in it ever night since it’s been in my home’

Not a very comfortable chair just to sit in. There is no way to adjust the pressure of the rollers. It digs in very hard even on "Gentle Massage." Butt rollers always go, even if you just want a neck and shoulder massage, can't find a way to turn them off. Heating pads on high are like a warm towel, not a heating pad. I work hard and was hoping this would help. It's pretty disappointing. I got this for 3k on sale, and I dont think it's worth that. Seems like good build quality, and not as ugly as I imagined it would be, fits nice into the living room. Speakers are really good. The charging pad for the phone is not a fast charger, but it will keep your battery going while streaming music. Feel like there's a missed opportunity for the tablet to be an actual tablet that has wifi for updates or streaming shows, but that wasn't a feature, so I'm not disappointed there. I'm probably going back to the lazy boy with a massage pad to sit on instead, but I will give it a few more days of trial first.

The chair came with good packaging, easy to open and set up. I just had to mount the foot part into the chair itself and the tablet installation was easy as well. I tried many different function but it seems no option for me to adjust the distance of the massage point to fit a petite person after the body scanning function. The heat option does not work either. I increase the intensity to the max but it does not work as I expected it. I think for bigger person that prefers gentle massage, this will be perfect. As of me, I prefer the stronger massage pressure and would appreciate if I can adjust it to fit my body better. Getting in and out of the chair requires a reset to the original ground position so it take sometimes as well

The Kyoto M688 has some good qualities but falls short in key areas. On the positive side, it delivers a truly deep and natural-feeling massage, and it’s an attractive piece that looks great in the room. However, there are several frustrating downsides. Getting in and out of the chair is awkward. The air massage for arms feels pointless since your arms don’t align properly in the reclined position. In manual mode, you can’t fully customize the pressure of the rollers or turn off the glute massage, which is frustrating if you just want to focus on certain areas like the neck or shoulders. The auto body scan feels more like a gimmick than a functional feature. It’s inefficient, requiring the chair to recline, sit back upright, and recline again just to get started—wasting nearly five minutes. To make matters worse, there’s a loud, annoying beep every time you adjust a setting, and there’s no way to turn it off. While the chair has potential, its lack of true customization and usability issues dampen the experience. A software update could fix a lot of these problems, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it for the price.

This Kyota M688 Kizuna Massage Chair It's too hard on the lower back rollers and it's impossible to change the setting to lower intensity. BestBuy canceled the delivery four times, the order was placed on Black Friday, and it took more than 3 months to be delivered, at the same time BestBuy keep charging me for this product for the last 3 months even if this chair was not here, I have to sent monthly payments.

This is just awesome. Use it daily to relax. I have back issues and this is very helpful. I'm a big guy (6 ft and over 300 lbs). While it's snug, it still fits me. I just wish it did more for my neck and shoulders.

I got this massage chair on discount (70% off). This massage chair was worth every penny. At first, my lower back took a beating and was sore, but after taking time to train my lower back, that pain has been greatly reduced. 100% would buy again.

I have been looking for a massage chair to replace my Kahuna massage chair. I am very pleased with this purchase because to my surprise, it has more functions than I expected, such as finger scanner, wireless charger, 3 modes of meditation, etc. Since I bought it when it was on sale, it's worth every penny. My wife uses it more than I do, like twice a day.

WOW! This is the best buy. I am 6'8" and weight 300. Might not be for a big guy, but it works for me. Got it at a BIG discount, so, wait for the sale.

Beyound happy with my purchase. Unlike any other massage chair product i have ever had. I have had a bad back for over 10 years. This chair is one of the few forms of pain relief and relaxation i recieve daily. When my ciaticas acting up, im virtually powerless. After 10 minutes in the chair. Not only am i relieved of pain, but i may even falls asleep in the chair. My partner has caught me sleeping in the chair on more than one ocasion. The chair is versatile and theraputic for me personally. I would highly reccomend this product to anyone looking for pain relief or relaxation. After talking with a sales associate for over an hour, I finally decided to make the purchase. I was apprehensive because this model is only sold online but knowing about the brand’s other massage chairs - I made the right decision. The cool thing about this chair is not only does it have heating technology but cooling as well! It’s super comfortable, you can nap in it, read a book, get a massage, or all three. The price is fair considering that high-end massage chairs do cost a lot of money, so there’s an investment risk but it does make sense how much value you’re getting compared to getting actual massages from massage therapists over time. Think for a second and that you’ll be shelling out hundreds of dollars for an hourly massage session versus saving thousands of dollars by regularly using your massage chair. In my opinion, this chair really exceeded my expectations and the functionality of it all works.
