Purchased after my llbean one died. Maybe not as good but pretty close.

We were looking for a simple weather station for the kitchen counter. This was a small unit that gives you the basic info with out any comic characters.

I use at home to monitor inside / outside temps and humidity.

A nice little gift for your dad if he likes to record the weather on the National Geographic calendar. Simple to use, but keep a battery replacement record; then you can assist your dad again.

I have told my friends that if need a weather station this is the one to purchase.

Provides the information we want, without extraneous stuff or gimmicky icons in display.

The outside humidity would not work at first. I had to keep resetting to get it to work. It lasted about three days and I sent it back.

Don’t buy this item. I bought this item because; I believed La Crosse Tech produced quality items. I was wrong. Exterior humidity sensor stopped working within two weeks. I think the performance should last at least a year but two weeks this is ridiculous.

I have had this for 3 years. Still works great. I like the power adapter to save on batteries.

Cannot complain. This item does exactly what is is supposed to do. Would buy again.

I bought this for my husband and he enjoys it very much.

Had problems getting outside humidity to read. The read out only lasted 4 days. I just gave up and returned to best buy.

I bought this yesterday and got it set up. It worked during the day and evening, though I was not confident of the accuracy of the outdoor temperature. This morning the outside reading line was blanks. I worked with it, including a change of batteries (though the ones I used initially are new, and the ones in the indoor unit work), and a change of location for both sets. It worked for an hour or so, then stopped again. I'll buy a different brand. Possibly I just got a bad example of a good product, but I'm not willing to give it more of my time and energy.

Outdoor temperature sensor stopped working after 1 day. Bought a different La Crosse model and it stopped working after 30 minutes. All I want is to have a device that displays outside temperature electronically and that actually works. Best Buy needs to monitor the returns of this item.
