    The chair is attractive and comfortable, but I was upset to discover a gouge on the bottom. I paid Best Buy two hundred and forty-nine dollars to assemble the chair and did not open the box prior to their arrival, plus I gave the guy a tip. I have no idea if it arrived damaged, or if he damaged it during assembly - but he must have seen it and for whatever reason just didn't tell me. Very disappointing. 1 star off for damage.

    I like it because I sit all day in this chair and my butt is comfy. The design is is nice and I love the cushion. I wish it was $100 dollars cheaper but you get what you pay for. Go for it!

    -This chair has soft leather and enough cushion in it to provide the comfort needed when sitting in it for long period of time. -Materials are heavy and look to be of good quality. -Instruction was easy to understand and easy to assemble. -We purchased this chair with our highschooler in mind having to do school from home this year. -I am just under 6 feet and the only dislike I can say about this chair is the headrest area isn't high enough to rest my head on while using the computer. -Overall this is a great chair and my wife and daughter are extremely happy with it.

    I have this chair from another store. The bonded leather is paper thin and peeling badly. I can find no information on the warrantee. This is questionable protection at best. If you have details on this i would like to know more.
