Not only does it do a great job of syncing my files, but it being ruggedized helps give me peace of mind that if I drop it or something happens to it, my data will be safe. Highly recommend it (this is my second LaCie Rugged drive).

The only downside, in my opinion, is that the data transfer speed is a little slower than other options. I use this for file backup so it doesn't have to be super fast for what I use it for.

My go-to brand for external drives

You can’t go wrong when you buy LaCie; excellent build quality and performance. And the hi-vis silicone case is not only really cool, it’s extremely rugged as well. Very pleased with my purchase.
