Width is perfect for larger gaming computer and mouse. Wrist pad is a nice touch. It’s one of the more expensive ones, but it has held up way better than the cheaper ones with beads and weaker pads that I have also used. Would definitely purchase again.

And bottom lip keeps the laptop from sliding so you can recline in your seat and not worry about the laptop sliding off. Phone slot above the mouse pad is good for most phones but larger ones like the ultra and plus series phones are too big
