The product worked quite well. I had a little confusion on moving my saved passwords. I called customer support on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered on the first ring, no hold time. The tech that answered was able to talk me through the solution in short order. I will be a repat customer as needed.

Worked fine wirelessly but doing it with data cable didnt work

While it won't move 100% of apps, I find this useful for many PC upgrades, especially when the user wants to replicate their old setup as much as possible, this does it and saves time.

Loved the ease of transferring files. I did need to physically connect computers because it was taking way too long for transfer. Not everything is copied but most is.

First time trying this such product. after installing it my new PC its like a click of a finger and 30minutes its done!

Was a very slow, overnight process. However, I'm not someone who knows how to do this task on my own, and this product did the job for me. For that reason, I give it 5 stars.

Worked so much better than I expected. Took only about an hour to complete. Would have taken me many hours doing it manually.

The software worked and moved everything from the old computer to the new. It did take a great deal of time (overnight) to complete the process.

Downloaded the app and with ease was able to transfer everything from my old computer to the new computer. The only thing is it was for a one-time transfer.

I was able to move the majority of the old computer's programs and settings with no major issues. However, there were certain specialized programs that were required to be removed completely and reinstalled from the original vendor, then move the data manually into the new computer's data location.

PC Mover Professional does everything it advertises quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed!!

This worked better than expected. Easy set up. Highly recommend.

The software was a bit difficult to follow ales you had used it before and is set up for a single drive to drive, which means old computer ( c driver ) to new computer ( c driver ) if your new computer has it’s drives divided in to two drives ( one for programs and one for Data storage ) then the you really need to read the transfer information. Would not recommend it, jus didn’t seam to be as smooth a data transfer as I had hoped. should had read more reviews before ordering.

Old computer had a cooling fan malfunction so it wouldn't operate reliably for the amount of time this program needed to migrate my files over to the new machine. Ended up doing it with a large capacity thumb drive.

Purchased Digital software, BB provided link. I spent the first 5 hours trying to get it to work, Attempted to correspond with CSR Chat. Told me 8 mins and 100 people ahead of me. I would dump out when it was past an hour waiting and low and behold when I would try chat again, the SAME 8 mins and 100 people were ahead of me... Tried calling the next day. Left after 3 hours on HOLD!!! Worst experience I have ever had,,, NEVER GOT TO DOWNLOAD MY SOFTWARE..
