Purchased Digital software, BB provided link. I spent the first 5 hours trying to get it to work, Attempted to correspond with CSR Chat. Told me 8 mins and 100 people ahead of me. I would dump out when it was past an hour waiting and low and behold when I would try chat again, the SAME 8 mins and 100 people were ahead of me... Tried calling the next day. Left after 3 hours on HOLD!!! Worst experience I have ever had,,, NEVER GOT TO DOWNLOAD MY SOFTWARE..

It would not work wirelessly. I fortunately had a cable from a prior installation.

Wasn’t able to move software from old computer to new computer would have preferred a cord to make transfer a waste of money.

Didn't move everything I wanted, or some that I wanted turned up non-functional

If I could rate this software at ZERO Stars, I would. Total failure after 4 attempts. Wasted a whole day, failure after failure. Followed all instructions, nothing easy about it. 30 day Money Back Guarantee NOT, contacted Customer Support regarding that topic, No response. Transferred PC faster by hand than this software DIDN'T. $29.99 flushed down the lap-link toilet.

I just didn’t have much luck with this product. I used wifi and after seven chats with customer service and several days of trying, I gave up and used an external hard drive instead. That was a better option. I also abandoned transferring applications and only transferred data files. In the end, it would have been easier just to copy the files to the HDD directly. PC Mover really didn’t make it any easier.

Not worth the money. My backup of old computer was more reliable.

Absolutely the worst product on the Market!!!! Then when you ask for assistance You get the following “ Did You purchase Our Cable ? No, there’s the start of your problem “ Customer assistance should be labeled “ Lack of Customer Assistance “. Money would have better been given to a homeless individual.

it copied everything even stuff i didn't want. was not the money paid for it.

Software may work but don't know because I can't download it. And can't get any help from bestbuy.

Too many issues with downloading and Best Buy. Ended up getting a refund and going to the manufacturer to download.

Spent HOURS on the phone with their help desk and they still couldn't get it to work. Waste of my money, and my time.

The software worked, but it moved everything to the Microsoft cloud. I wanted to move everything to the new PC hard drive, so that sucks. I wouldn't mind if stuff was mirrored to the cloud, but now I have to get everything copied back to the hard drive.

I have utilized this application for the past four to five new laptops I have acquired, necessitating the transfer of all my account data and applications to the new machines. While cloud storage can manage a significant volume of files, this application facilitates the transfer of applications along with their settings, thereby eliminating the need for extensive hours of reinstalling and configuring everything. The most recent use of this application was the most seamless experience I have encountered, with a total time of approximately two hours. Notably, none of my core programs required reinstalling, unlike instances where I have had to do so in the past. This version proved surprisingly user-friendly.

PCmover was easy to use, and it successfully moved most of my applications and files from a desktop to a new laptop.

Used this product to migrate an very old Win 10 PC to a new Win 11 PC. Very easy to use, no trouble with the migration.

Not as straight forward as led to believe. Had to call support 4 times and then had to split transfer into 2 sessions because Laplink doesn't handle SSD with HD/ split storage. Finally got it done, it does work and support was very patient talking me through the steps.

Works like magic. Takes a while to make and disseminate the files but it's worth it. I've used this many times.
