This fits the bill . It is attractive , has 3 settings , is lightweight but stable . My next idea is to move it to the patio for a breeze on hot , still summer days .

The larger base makes this product so much more sturdy. When it is bumped it does not fall over like other fans I have had in the past. Great controls and features. Love this fan.
