JUNK! DO NOT BUY!

Just two months of use and it's completely useless! What a waste of money, especially since it's non-returnable. I definitely won't be buying from Best Buy again, their return policy is just too ridiculous.

Talking to their support was like talking to the wall. They wanted me to ship back the fan at my cost. Am running it without front grill

Poor Quality Control

Additionally, the poles attached to the base would not tighten hard enough to keep the fan from sliding all the way down the pole. Will be returning.
