This fan does set 3 different fan levels as it does give some great fan power when set at full blast. Assembling this unit was very easy and fast, no tools needed. Its quiet as can be, but do remember that the faster the blades spin, the louder the fan sounds when it pushes the air against the blades. This Lasko Brand type fan looks simple but elegant. The white look and its tallest position stature is an appealing look for a bedroom, office, or family room area that needs more ventilation.
